Blinds 2Go

Ordered four sets of blinds thirteen day's ago, but they didn't tell me the material wasn't in stock! They took payment straight away! Four phone calls later with two different delivery dates still no blinds! The customer service is really bad they argue with you, the customer is definitely not right here in this company's eye's. Finally told today I could have a refund after been messed about for nearly two week's. My advice would be avoid at all costs pay that little extra for better service.

Awful please don't use them. Take the money but then don't give a monkeys about when the blinds turn up. I ordered over 500 pounds of blinds and had rude staff say they had no idea where they were and that I had taken a day off work. They refused to let me speak to customer manage. They were aggressive and rude. They have no idea where and how and when the blinds were and would be delivered. They have poor relations with the delivery and its awful experience waiting with them... They are terrible so stick with john lewis, ikea and companies responsible for making their own products and skilled at running this type of delivery. Don't use them

To put it bluntly, this company should really be called "Blinds2gowrong". I ordered 2 thermal blackout blinds from them in August of 2020. Less than two and a half years later they are unusable. The cords have frayed so much that the blinds cannot move up and down. Compare this to blinds from another company that were fitted 17 years ago and still work perfectly. They are used in exactly the same way. They go up in the morning and errrrm...down in the evening. (In other words, the actual purpose for blinds) The only difference is that those are not 'thermal blackout' material. Contacting the company gave me options of: Re cord them myself (they provided the cord). Send them back at my expense - for postage both ways. Buy new ones with a 25% discount. We initially chose to re cord them ourselves but realised it was less straight forward than we thought. Contacting the company back for advice, their advice was "It's too complicated". So why were we offered that option in the first place? There is an old saying "Don't throw good money after bad", so I will not be wasting any more money on this rubbish - and then repeating the whole process again in a couple of years time. My advice to potential buyers is look elsewhere unless you want to buy a substandard product from a company with substandard after sales service. Beware!

I have used blinds2go for years now and have purchased many blinds. We were getting a bit fed up of the ever changing design regarding the fitting process as the brackets were always different whenever you opened each box. That aside the quality of the latest blind we bought is very poor compared with those previously. The toggles have gone from matching wood to cheap plastic and the tape size has been reduced (not good when bought to match others). This one (most expensive I might add) doesn't sit as well as the others either as the bottom slats look bowed. I think the design has been changed to a cheaper one but have paid more for it which I think is disgusting.

Received my click and go blinds yesterday. And was NOT at all impressed. I ordered 4 blinds. And all 4 rails were faulty. The screws were not tightening. And just kept spinning. I sent blinds2go a video showing this. They of course are now sending me another 4 rails. So I've now got to wait maybe another week or two? This is my first time ordering. They could have at least also offered me a partial refund. I was told the blinds would be checked before leaving the warehouse. This obviously did not happen.

We purchased several made to measure blinds and they were all really good quality, we were really pleased with the updates we received all the way through and the when the blinds arrived they were better than we anticipated. There were a couple of brackets missing but I rang and spoke to one of the Blinds2go agents and they were so helpful and sent out the missing parts straight away. Would highly recommend Blinds2go.

Delivery was as expected, just over 2 weeks from order. Packaging was OK. Fitting was fairly simple. So far so good.
However, I was disappointed with the fit. Despite my having given accurate measurements, the blind was too long, so it doesn't hang straight. Either lies on the windowsill, which will lead to dirtying of the bottom, or has to be left slightly above, leaving a bulge in it.
Also the operating chain is too short, making it more difficult and tedious to wind up and down.

Blinds 2 Go are Brilliant!
Purchased Perfect Fit aluminium venetian blinds for our patio doors. They gave telephone advice regarding measuring and supplied videos for measuring & fitting. Samples arrived quickly which assisted colour choice.
Waited about a month for delivery but it was worth it!
Partner fitted the blinds quickly. They look expensive & feel secure. Tilt mechanism works well as does the handle to push them up & down. Will be considering these for windows too.

Ordered 5 hardwood blinds on a Saturday, they were delivered on Wednesday! How good is that. I also ordered 4 perfect fit blinds which came by the Friday, super impressed! I actually work for a large well known home furnishing company, I priced blinds up with my company including my staff discount and blinds to go were much cheaper, and I absolutely cannot fault the service. Fast, reliable and absolutely amazing quality. I have recommended to my family and also (naughtily) a few customers where i work.
The website makes it so easy to order, how to measure and entering measurements is so straight forward.
I also must add i am a 34 year old woman, never picked up a drill in my life until i moved house a few weeks ago, I managed to put them up by myself completely, no issues at all! Once i did one i flew through the rest. Great work blinds to go:-D
