I ordered some fabric samples but when I tried to order the blinds online the fabric had disappeared. I called customer services and they informed me that the fabric was out of stock but was due in stock in three weeks. They took my order over the phone, emailed me a secure payment link and I received my blinds within a week of the fabric being back in stock. Great customer communications.

Blinds2Go had to replace faulty roman blind. Tried for two hours to remove brackets but unable to do so. Now have replacement blind which cannot be installed.

Lovely quality and very well finished but took an age to get here. Just make sure your measurements are exact as there's no room for error. Great choice and send as many samples as you need. Great customer service too.

Roller Blinds are lovely except that the chains are too short for the long blinds. I had one roller blind for a large window and one for a smaller window. Chains did have a child proof catch if required, but longer chains would have been better.

Having ordered blinds 5 years ago that were pull string they got a bit tired and were starting to sag - However with their now standard wind up system they are awesome and will last and look good for a really long time - love the patterns they have too.

Ordered 3 wood blinds. I measured the windows as instructed by Blind2go, and all 3 blinds fitted exactly. Very easy to install with only one minor gripe, the valence fittings are flimsy and could easily snap. Otherwise, really good quality blinds and excellent value.

I have ordered blinds for every windows & french doors now all beautifully made. Very wide selection, easy to order quick delivery & I would say their customer service is the best by far.

The blinds are good quality and a perfect fit. One small con; the operating chain comes out of the holder very easily and has to be put back in, which is tricky. You have to learn how to pull it without letting it come out of the holder.

Bought for spare bedroom, we ordered the recess blind which was easy, hardest part was choosing which colour to choose but thanks to their free samples you can see what you are getting. They kept you updated on the production as it is made to order.
Was very easy to install, you get everything you need ( except the screwdriver) and it looks fabulous.
Will definately be ordering from them again.

We placed an order for mini fox roller blind to match the wallpaper. After a long wait of almost a month. What arrived was large fox, roman blind. Had to put it up as we have nothing to use instead
