Ordered an AEW PPV, but unfortunately, I couldn't watch it live. Website doesn't let you start the stream from the beginning, and the replay isn't available until THE NEXT DAY, and all the while the wesbite posts SPOILERS in real time. Fite.tv gives you all of that, and DOESN'T post spoilers. I learned my lesson, and will not be using this website again.
First, the complaints: I subscribed to the soccer pass 2018-19 mainly for Champions and Europa matches and shows, Belgian Pro League and Swiss Cup matches as advertised. No Swiss Cup matches ever showed. No big deal, wrote it off as a minor annoyance and some behind-the-scenes issues. I went into this year with the plan to purchase single events on an as-requested basis. So far, 2 out of the 3 matches I've purchased have had major technical issues unresolved until 20-30 minutes into the match. Unacceptable! My account conveniently has presented me with a blank, black screen for months now so it's no surprise the Customer Service agent could not even confirm my purchase. I had to resort to a series of snip-and-paste screenshots via email to prove my purchase and tech issues. I will not be making any more purchases unless I can clearly see the match will be viewable from the start. There's a reason I subscribe to multiple services but only consistently have a problem with Bleacher Report Live. Get your s**t together already.
I also want to add that your monthly and yearly pass will automatically renew without any user-friendly option to cancel online. You must call in or email them to cancel. And they hold your credit card info hostage, no option to change or remove the card without calling. I can guarantee you nobody wants to do that.
*EDIT* I am editing this to add that this service is great to purchase individual matches, as I'd have no access to Standard Liege matches any other way. Being able to watch this rather obscure team (in America) is excellent and the prices are a bargain. B/R seems to have ironed out some of the technical issues I spoke of earlier and at least now I can see my purchases in my account although I am still not pleased about not having access to my own credit card info online. I will continue to be a customer for individual matches as long as they are showing what I want to see.
Payed like 50 dollars to watch something that was live but the quality was noticeably bad… it was skipping frames and was not worth 50 dollars
This site is pretty bad. It does not have good content. This is not the place to search for info if you are a major sports fan.
Answer: Not easy if they are busy and good luck with the people they do have assisting you. Not very helpful
