The Blade HQ Customer Service Department is First Rate! I had a question about if the Boker Scout Thuja came with a leather belt holster. The person that I corresponded with was very professional, checked with the distribution team, and reported back to me that it did. All correspondence was professional and prompt.

At first I didn't like the super small size of the body of the knife but I think it's a plus now. It takes no space on your pocket and the blade is crazy sharp. I'm very happy with it and I know you will as well.

I ordered an item over the phone as I was offered a waiver of fed ex fees. I can not use USPS as my local post office loses ~50% of my packages and has confirmed there is nothing to be done.

It's probably been ten years since I've ordered from bhq, (not because of anything negative, just wasn't spending) but I recently got the itch that only a sword could scratch and I decided to give them another go. I used to have an account, but couldn't remember the password so I wound up checking out as a guest and missed the shipping info email. I called the next day to inquire about it, and Zach answered the phone almost immediately, reassured me that the mailman had picked it up that morning, and sent me a new email with tracking within a minute. Great Customer Service, Fast Delivery, and an awesome free little knife, patch, and stickers with the order. There is a reason I'll spend a little bit more to support these guys, they've been a staple in the knife community for as long as I can remember!
Side note, the sword was exactly what I was looking for as well!
