I had a mishap with account to order connection sent the support team a email to figure out the issue and was quickly helped out by a "hannah" she gave me an update on my order i request and the next day my item was on my front porch along with an email with the tracking number sent to me the day before much appreciated love the new blade

I rarely return a knife but this one's flipper was literally cutting and tearing my index fingernail off. The extreme gimping was not something I could adapt to and BHQ completely understood then made the return easy peasy!
