Great costumer service

Great experience. I received my knife with no problems. Did have a small problem with my local post office, and Bladehq costumer service helped me with quick responses. The problem was in the post office. Bladehq was able to ease my nerves and help me again. Great shop. Thanks Hannah!

I requested help on a broken AFC F16 OTF...since it was 7 years old no parts were available.
Hannah recommended Ytube for information source and it was right on!
I was able to disassemble, rework and reassemble without expense! Thanks for the direction!

I have bought several dozen knives thru Blade HQ and always it has been a great experience. You contact them they respond right back. They have a point system now that they pay you back for what you buy how can you beat that? Most knives are in stock but not all but the best thing you can look up any knife and see where it's from, important to me.
So 3 cheers, keep up the good work and your business will continue to thrive.
