Compared to the other sites BlackPeopleMeet.com is better after all. They returned every cent that was owed to me. My previous opinion was made prematurely. I moved on to other sites and was even more disappointed in their ability to connect me with any Black males. So, if you are a Black woman looking for a Black man, my sisters - stay with BlackPeopleMeet.com - you will have more of chance to connect with one. With the other sites, I have had more luck just walking down the street, or through the park.

Be careful about the use of your credit card on this site.If you do please check your statement within 5 business days for unauthorized debits. Twice i have had to change my card after using it on this site because the agreed amount was debited plus an additional charge which they claim was not received by them. Challenge the amount with your bank and you'll be credited.In-addition please sign up with your financial institution for instant alerts after every transaction. You'll be amazed the schemes used to swindle customers. This company also generates fake flirts and other messages to give the illusion that people are interested and are looking at your profile.

The worst dating site ever. The guys on here are crazy. I have had multiple men go off on me for not responding to them, one guy that I never met but exchanged numbers with screamed on the phone at me because I would not tell him who I was visiting one weekend and demanded I tell him because we were "talking". I blocked him after that call. Another guy gave me his number, told me to text him when I'm available to talk, I did and he never responded and another guy I actually went on date with stopped talking to me because I wouldn't let him come to my home where I live with my child
To pick me up for a 2nd date. Do not waste your time. These men have issues and need help. And the out of state men that really think a relationship is going to happen. I know it does happen but with me it won't. I just do not like this website.

The men on this sight have disabilities. I swear the guys have cognitive issues and are unable to find someone on their own. They try to look normal in the pics but when u meet them they will appear disable. Don't waste your time or money you'll get hit up all day from creeps out of town. When I first signed up some creep demanded nude pics. I was cussed out because I didn't want to talk to someone out of state. If u wanna pay to just get harassed then sign up today. I'm demanding a refund!

System would not take my debit card. Credit card only. Really! I contacted customer service got an email that I could call payment in the 1-800 number just to be told phone are down. Then I got email to mail a payment in really! Debit card is just as good as a credit card. I even try my PayPal won't take that also. DO YOU WANT MEMBER OR YOU ALL IN THE BUSINESS OF TURNING PEOPLE DOWN. People could be missing out on there mate because they use a debit card and not a credit card WOW!

My first experience wasn't good and vowed never to come back and should have listened to myself. After much convincing from my friends I came back. I thought it was just me and decided to try again but I see from other reviews that it wasn't! This site is crazy as hell and I could go on & on but here are my thoughts. First time, met a guy that wanted me to sell pork skins out of my salon (wtf)! The rest were total turn offs. This time around I really tried to give it a chance but I met a guy who told me he only wanted sex after his profile said he wanted serious relationship. One guy said he was from Tennessee but he was from another state. Same people everyday. Was stalked by one guy. The men constantly want you to send pics... for what? (What's up with that anyway?) Always wanting to text, no real conversation and don't want to date or really have serious connections or relationships. They may talk text for a while like a week or two but they go ghost quick. I'm not the one for disappearing acts! You become the chaser. Guys don't know how to date or want to... its more a hook up thing. (No matter the age!) Profiles are vague. They are not truthful. The site sends robo text and flirts. Your profile stays up and they deny you access after you cancel regardless if you have more time. For someone that really wanted to connect with someone and I had two dates that turned out not to be connections at all! I was very disappointed and found it to be a waste of time. I'm sure men have issues too but this is why traditional dating is the way I will go and will wait on God to send him my way. Good luck to those who did find love and for those still seeking. I feel overall that this site is the worst of all sites ( but I'm done with them all cause they are generally the same). This site is a fluke and a horrible scam!

The same people are in the matches everyday. I have passed on many guys only to have them back in my matches day after day. The few that I managed to talk to offline were ex-cons and not what they portrayed themselves to be. I see a few profiles with the exact same wording as another. I also noticed that some of the profiles are fake meaning these are stock photos with fake information. This site is worthless. DO NOT waste your time and money!

Having gone through the main known sites Match and Silver Singles, decided on Blackpeoplemeet. As I was not familiar with it, decided on just a month's membership. Where do I start with the issues.
1). Membership Cost - what it stated was cost of membership for a month and what was charged to my credit card are two different figures. Also, an additional charge for what, I am unsure of and disputed with my credit card company.
2). Quality of members - sifting through members, I immediately knew I had made a huge mistake and glad I only subscribed for a month.
3). Members Intentions - Could as well be a hook up site as 99% of members profiles are not filled out just shows picture and location and that is it. Nothing about who they are, what they are looking for, etc. Suspect!
I would definitely NOT recommend as it is flawed on so many levels.

The app reviews and your email reviews never match. If you are a senior they will try to bill you for both. More importantly they have interested parties, email you multiple times saying nothing and repeating the same response over and o er.

While the subscription is very affordable, the quality of men on this site is very suspect. I have exchanged numbers with a few men and all they want are more pics, text all day long, or talk on the phone. And they send d pics, so ew... I have to start all over again. They expect you to chase them? And what about dating, do men date anymore? I dont know if it's my expectations, women's lack of standards, too many women to choose, so they fade or ghost quickly, they dont want committed relationships.

I have never been apart of anything like this before, but the experience was terrible sorry to be so negative, but alot things I did not understand. Such as the connect did not work when I summons it. Also didn't quite understand the flirt thing either I just thought as a Novice it should have been experience for me, unfortunately it wasn't. Will not be doing another one of the these. I really don't have to but I was curious, but never again...
