“Zero customer care”

Worst customer service I've ever experienced especially for the prices that they expect everyone to pay. If you have any issues with any of their drivers, they could care less. Driver was at the wrong airport, (which made him extremely late, he was on his phone while he was driving and passed my street and took a very dangerous turn to make it onto my street around a blind corner). Their response was to apologize for the frustration created. If I treated clients so dismissively I would have to close my business.

We booked a car to pick us up after the Taylor Swift concert (which they had ads out for!) over a week before the concert. The request was reviewed and approved, and a hold was placed on my card. The DAY OF the concert at 4pm, less than 8 hours before the pick up time, I get a voicemail that they are unable to complete the request. We were already on our way to the concert at this time and now had no means of transportation from south Philly at midnight. There was no remorse on the sort of the company and no attempt to make the situation right. Highly do not recommend using this service.

Booked them for a 5-hour limo ride for VIP clients. After getting a text that the driver had arrived, the clients went to meet the limo and it was not there. After calling Blacklane and being placed on hold for 15 minutes, the customer service agent advised that she could not replace the car and that she would provide a refund. Said that I would receive a call from a supervisor and never did. DO NOT USE - EVER!

Very unprofessional. I ordered a car for our client about 1 week in advance and got confirmation that I am all set. Got a call 8 hours prior to scheduled pick up that they need to cancel the reservation as they do not have a driver for us. I had to find another last minute ride.

Completely unreliable service. We reserved car service for our client and requested pick up when flight arrives as they are vip and business class. Flight arrived at 7:20 am in Munich and they were out at 7:35 am. They had to wait for the driver until 8:25 am to arrive.
When they finally got in the vehicle and got on the highway driver asked if he can go of route to find gas station to fill out the gas. After 9 hrs flight and almost an hour waiting they wasted another 15 min for him to look and fill the gas.
Completely unprofessional and beyond any limo standards. We reached out to Blacklane Customer service team and there agent Mark who could not make this right other than confirming that our client had waited for almost an hour where driver should be waiting for him.

The company was rude, arrogant and not a business I would ever use again or reccomend. I wish I read reviews here before made my booking with this company

If I could give this a zero, I would. They are an awful company with terrible customer service. I was left stranded at midnight at JFK with my young daughter after a 24 hour journey. The driver left because our flight had been diverted, so we were delayed, and they didn't bother to look at the flight information I had provided at the time of booking. Then, they charged me in full for the service I did not receive, because of their own faulty systems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get my money back, after having needed to spend a substantial amount of money for a replacement service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them if you can't potentially part with hundreds of dollars for nothing.

#Blaclane "an unreliable company". 10 days ago I made a reservation from Victoria to Vancouver airport to take my son. I paid 345 dolar. They called 2 hours before the pick up time and canceled. They failed my son on the other side of the world like that. They can't be trusted. Don't use it.
They could inform us one or two days before sceduled day (so we can arrange alternative way). They waited until the last time for the decision not to return the money. They put a mother under a lot of stress waiting for her son. They should have reported at least the day before.
This firm is disgrace of German Reputation

As the others, left without transportation, in China. I don't speak the language and not enough currency for this 3 hr trip. Blacklane: 'Due to unforeseen circumstances, we leave you stranded. Have a nice day hope to see you again...'

Very scary! I don't know how they stay in business. We confirmed a day in advance that we would be picked up at 9 am. At 7:00 AM the day of our trip, we got a call that they had to cancel since they didn't have any driver for us. We had to scramble to get a new ride. Horrible experience!

Black lane car service is the worst company in the world. After having everything confirm for our trip from Seattle to Vancouver the day of the trip, we wake up with a voice mail saying that they couldn't find a driver for this trip. How can they do this 3 hours prior to the pick up time.

Do NOT use this company! Our one and only experience was terrible. Driver was suppose to be waiting for us with a sign at the train station with our name on it. Had a gentleman who worked at the train station call him to find out he is parked in the taxi line ( because it's cheaper parking with the taxis then parking at the decanted area for concierge pick up). After running around all of Saint Pancreas this driver pulls up from. ( no one knows) and parks in the street to load our stuff. He starts to load our luggage and put ones bag in and stops... pulls my bag back out and say we have too many bags (we had 4 and stated that prior to being picked up). Leaves us and all our luggage in the middle of the street for over 30 minutes. Saying he needs to get approval for the bags... literally just casually pulling up in the road while he left us in the street without saying anything. I only needed a ride 10 minutes away. ( even all the other taxi drivers thought it was unprofessional and a joke) We tried to get our 62.39£ back from blackline and they refused to refund our money and said the driver couldn't find us... jokes on them because I have photos of the taxi, plus the plate. If your reading this review and is in or going to London, the black cab service is great. They drove us and our 4 bags no hassle for 18£ threw Gett app. Don't waste the extra money on black lane. All the other bad reviews online are probably true because this is the absolute worst over charged cab experience using black lane out of the 100+ taxis I've used. I will repost this review all over the internet warning people of this scam!

I originally booked a pick up for 4 pm on 16 Jul at the Florence Airport and was quoted 507.01 UR (which included a one hour wait time). Due to a possible flight delay, I changed the pick up time to 4:30 pm and the fare increased to 677.54 EUR!

We arrived on time at the Florence Airport and were picked up at 4:05 pm (within the one hour for the initial booking). Driver took us to Cortona. We booked the ride for transportation to our hotel which was the Monastero di Cortona - Hotel & Spa, Via del Salvatore, ******* Cortona AR, Italy.

Instead of taking us to our hotel, driver stopped at Piazza Garibaldi in Cortona and told us to remove our luggage and to use google maps to find the hotel (which was 1.2 miles away). We called the hotel and asked them to speak to the driver in Italian. The driver reluctantly drove us to Parcheggio piazza Mazzini (which was about 1,000 meters away from our hotel) and refused to take us to the hotel which was up a steep hill.

He was driving a Mercedes E sedan and said he would not drive us to the hotel. He left us on the side of the road with four pieces of heavy luggage, with no instructions on how to get to the hotel and said to use Google maps. We called the hotel and they called a taxi for us. A larger Mercedes Sprinter Van arrived (much larger than the Blacklane car) and they transported us to the hotel.

This experience was so bad that I canceled our later pickup (quoted at 301.07 EUR) and instead had the hotel arrange for car service. Same quality car (Mercedes E Sedan) for 230 EUR.

I have used Blacklane several times with no issue, but never again. Over charged, Over priced, and didn't get me, my wife and luggage to the contracted location.

By the way, throughout the week, we used local car services (Mercedes E Sedan) and they all were able to locate and drive to our hotel. I have plenty of photos to prove it.

Horrible experience in Italy with Blacklane.

They scout uber drivers to fulfill their request. Charge you black car rate. Auction it on their app for below uber rates to drivers.

Horrible, fraudulent company. Abandoned me at the airport after a long international flight. Lied to American Express after I disputed the charge. Avoid!

Global company?! It turned out they use independent drivers and when driver showed us how much Blacklane pays him- it was sad. They keep over 50% sometimes for themselves, ripping off clients and drivers. Next time we just found another means of transportation.
