Write a title for this My family has used this service for years and today 1/3/25, was probably the final. Our driver was supposed to pick us up from a cruise terminal in port Canaveral. We told our driver we were in terminal 1 in the drop off/pick up area. The driver then asked where that was. My family and I were dumbfounded and extremely frustrated. The driver told us to go in the middle of a busy road so he could see us. WTF! The sign was clear where he was supposed to go. There were people directing traffic. Lots of cars were going into the garage to pick up passengers. There was a space on the opposite side for hotel vans, motor coaches and sprinter van pick ups. But this driver did not understand where he was supposed to go. We sent video of where we were. Nothing worked until my dad thought he saw him and started waving his hands and the driver finally noticed. It took an hour for the guy to finally find us. The driver said he was still learning English. It is unacceptable to hire anyone who cannot read basic signs. We filed a formal complaint and black lane tried to give us 25% off. That is disrespectful. They finally gave us 50% off with a 25% promo code for next time. Highly doubt we will use black lane ever again. Beware of booking black lane as the situation we were put in could be your same fate.

This is a terrible company. They are just a broker and the app doesn't function. Therefore when you notify a driver of a delay through the app it goes into a black hole. Then you get charged to no show. Then they give you a "discount" code to rebook and the driver shows up whenever they feel like it (30 minutes after arrival in our case). It is a super expensive Uber and horrific customer service.

My experience with Black Lane Car Service was awful!

I scheduled a 5:45 a.m. pickup for my father to the airport, providing clear instructions for entry and pickup location. The driver, however, failed to follow these instructions, forcing my father to go down three flights of stairs, walk to the gate, and hail the driver down on the curb!

When I raised my concerns with the company, their response was completely absurd and inadequate, stating that drivers aren't permitted to enter premises. This policy isn't stated on their website and contradicts the practices of other car services I have used in the past (i.e. Uber, Lyft etc).

The service my father received is completely unacceptable. Don't use this car service!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced especially for the prices that they expect everyone to pay. If you have any issues with any of their drivers, they could care less. Driver was at the wrong airport, (which made him extremely late, he was on his phone while he was driving and passed my street and took a very dangerous turn to make it onto my street around a blind corner). Their response was to apologize for the frustration created. If I treated clients so dismissively I would have to close my business.

Very unprofessional. I ordered a car for our client about 1 week in advance and got confirmation that I am all set. Got a call 8 hours prior to scheduled pick up that they need to cancel the reservation as they do not have a driver for us. I had to find another last minute ride.

As the others, left without transportation, in China. I don't speak the language and not enough currency for this 3 hr trip. Blacklane: 'Due to unforeseen circumstances, we leave you stranded. Have a nice day hope to see you again...'

Completely unreliable service. We reserved car service for our client and requested pick up when flight arrives as they are vip and business class. Flight arrived at 7:20 am in Munich and they were out at 7:35 am. They had to wait for the driver until 8:25 am to arrive.
When they finally got in the vehicle and got on the highway driver asked if he can go of route to find gas station to fill out the gas. After 9 hrs flight and almost an hour waiting they wasted another 15 min for him to look and fill the gas.
Completely unprofessional and beyond any limo standards. We reached out to Blacklane Customer service team and there agent Mark who could not make this right other than confirming that our client had waited for almost an hour where driver should be waiting for him.

The company was rude, arrogant and not a business I would ever use again or reccomend. I wish I read reviews here before made my booking with this company

We booked a car to pick us up after the Taylor Swift concert (which they had ads out for!) over a week before the concert. The request was reviewed and approved, and a hold was placed on my card. The DAY OF the concert at 4pm, less than 8 hours before the pick up time, I get a voicemail that they are unable to complete the request. We were already on our way to the concert at this time and now had no means of transportation from south Philly at midnight. There was no remorse on the sort of the company and no attempt to make the situation right. Highly do not recommend using this service.

Very scary! I don't know how they stay in business. We confirmed a day in advance that we would be picked up at 9 am. At 7:00 AM the day of our trip, we got a call that they had to cancel since they didn't have any driver for us. We had to scramble to get a new ride. Horrible experience!

If I could give this a zero, I would. They are an awful company with terrible customer service. I was left stranded at midnight at JFK with my young daughter after a 24 hour journey. The driver left because our flight had been diverted, so we were delayed, and they didn't bother to look at the flight information I had provided at the time of booking. Then, they charged me in full for the service I did not receive, because of their own faulty systems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get my money back, after having needed to spend a substantial amount of money for a replacement service.

Black lane car service is the worst company in the world. After having everything confirm for our trip from Seattle to Vancouver the day of the trip, we wake up with a voice mail saying that they couldn't find a driver for this trip. How can they do this 3 hours prior to the pick up time.

Booked them for a 5-hour limo ride for VIP clients. After getting a text that the driver had arrived, the clients went to meet the limo and it was not there. After calling Blacklane and being placed on hold for 15 minutes, the customer service agent advised that she could not replace the car and that she would provide a refund. Said that I would receive a call from a supervisor and never did. DO NOT USE - EVER!

#Blaclane "an unreliable company". 10 days ago I made a reservation from Victoria to Vancouver airport to take my son. I paid 345 dolar. They called 2 hours before the pick up time and canceled. They failed my son on the other side of the world like that. They can't be trusted. Don't use it.
They could inform us one or two days before sceduled day (so we can arrange alternative way). They waited until the last time for the decision not to return the money. They put a mother under a lot of stress waiting for her son. They should have reported at least the day before.
This firm is disgrace of German Reputation

Poor Driver service for Customer Service an expensive prices. They are never on time always late and overcharged you for waiting time that they promised to be free at the airport

Do NOT use this company! Our one and only experience was terrible. Driver was suppose to be waiting for us with a sign at the train station with our name on it. Had a gentleman who worked at the train station call him to find out he is parked in the taxi line ( because it's cheaper parking with the taxis then parking at the decanted area for concierge pick up). After running around all of Saint Pancreas this driver pulls up from. ( no one knows) and parks in the street to load our stuff. He starts to load our luggage and put ones bag in and stops... pulls my bag back out and say we have too many bags (we had 4 and stated that prior to being picked up). Leaves us and all our luggage in the middle of the street for over 30 minutes. Saying he needs to get approval for the bags... literally just casually pulling up in the road while he left us in the street without saying anything. I only needed a ride 10 minutes away. ( even all the other taxi drivers thought it was unprofessional and a joke) We tried to get our 62.39£ back from blackline and they refused to refund our money and said the driver couldn't find us... jokes on them because I have photos of the taxi, plus the plate. If your reading this review and is in or going to London, the black cab service is great. They drove us and our 4 bags no hassle for 18£ threw Gett app. Don't waste the extra money on black lane. All the other bad reviews online are probably true because this is the absolute worst over charged cab experience using black lane out of the 100+ taxis I've used. I will repost this review all over the internet warning people of this scam!

Do not use you will be late and they steal. They have delayed many people and they are theives it's giving broke energy.

I am in Australia and never have I used them. I am sick of the spam and nuisance phone calls.STOP
