Was great, but was charged a few to put money on my account, then charged another fee to withdrawal the money. Not really worth all the hassle, then BitCoin charges a fee to exchange it to CashApp. TOO MANY FEES

I have been playing with bitplay.ag for over a year and have withdrawn way more than i have deposited. But today i requested a withdrawal and even recieved a withdrawal acceptance email. Yet the withdrawal was never completed, and without even a single notification to this effect. When i went to inquire as to the issue i saw my account was marked for "re-verification". Wheb trying to resubmit i only get error codes in return and dispite seeking assistance through live support and submitting the required document proof through them i have yet to recirve a solution nor a withdrawal. Its unacceptable for a legitimate and long standing member of the platforms to be denied withdrawal, nor adaquate assistance in resolving the matter. This is not the only trouble ive had here Otherwise they wouldve been 5 of 5 stars. *review subject to change depending on further resolution*

Bitplay is my first site I played on. For the most part I haven't had any problems with them. Every now and then though and then though. I don't understand what is the point in having us send in a selfie with my id in it every 6 months? It already is a process to withdrawal you can't get it instantly. But then when you do send in for a redemption you get an email couple hours later, saying you need to send in ANOTHER selfie and ID pic. And then 10 hours later you are verified and then you have to send in ANOTHER REQUEST and instead of you receiving the bitcoin in 10 hours it's like 2 days.

Bitplay is awesome I love to play my favorite games with them they make it easy to deposit and get right into the game hopefully the withdrawal process proofs to be as easy

I do enjoy making so I played with a few websites and different agents. But these people are the most efficient and the customer service is reliable and consistent and always professional.

Was skeptical at the beginning but after going through the process and actually winning and cashing out things were great and will definitely continue using in the future.

Chat is very helpful there quick and always available too help, and very patient, and they keep adding new games from time time so it's not ever boring.

I played here a couple times without issues but the last time i deposited $50 and I won $200. I went to request a cashout and instead of my money i received an email saying i needed to verify my identity again. My license had just expired and i don't have any idea when I'll have the opportunity to renew it. I explained this and asked if i could just have a refund and they refused that as well. On their website they claim they wont accept a deposit unless verified. Also at the bottom under their withdrawal policy it says "Please be aware that we will only need to confirm your identification once. After that, we won't ask you to share your information with us again.". It says this multiple times on this site and is clearly a lie. Even if this wasn't stated they never should have accepted a deposit they couldn't payout so i am at least owed a refund. Their customer service is horrible as well. No wonder they give everyone $20 for signing up. Thats the only way they can trick people into playing there.

I just pray I get the impossible risking, this is great how it is now. It's easy, and I'm learning now,... Playing on the web is way better than playing with the app

As irritated I was upon my dilemma… I chatted with Shelby requesting for assistance and due to my own ignorance I was on the defense and misinterpreted the assistance and thought that I was shut down and turned away…. And of course that didn't help me any!?!. So I re-Chatted and got Shelby once again… and bcus this person had the patience to hear me out….she not only solved my dilemma but corrected my ignorance!. LOOK BITPLAY PLAYERS THEY ARE THERE TO HELP!. THEY ARE GENUINE PEOPLE WHO CARE FOR THEIR PLAYERS!..

I dont know why I always have to verify every time I win. I think you should have to verify once and thats it. I dont know if its just me or everyone else.

I made a withdrawal on 5-11 and still have not received it. The confirmation email stated that it may take up to 24 hours, but so far nothing :(
