After three weeks i have not been contacted by customer service and they have not refunded my money!

They froze my account. Than charged me a very high...what hey called a Tax...and I could not take the money from my account to pay the "Tax"...so my account was frozen and then they took without my knowledge. They took money. It Is a scam. Took take peoples money..

This guy Kevin is the owner of the bitxchange he knows more information than the site is giving people first he tells you I can help you he insisted me to take all my fund and put it in the exchange without telling me how it works I was thinking Oke why all my money let's test this guy this guy is really active on TikTok I asked more but not really clear answer only pushing me to take all my fund and put it on the exchange after telling me you can withdraw your money when you like.when I wanted to test his story he changed his story be careful this guy is really popular on TikTok people be careful for this scammer he made a million scamming people

This is a scam website. I deposit $15,000 into bitexchange.net and I cannot transfer my money out to us the money for bills or trading. I keep contacting the site but one answers my chats anymore. Please don't deposit any money into this website. They will not send me my OTP code. I been trying to transfer my money since April 2023.

I don't know how else the customer service told me to pay taxes to withdraw money, and after paying taxes I couldn't withdraw it, then he said I had to pay 5948 because my account was arbitrage, I had no money, I had to pay money again to withdraw funds that, I've borrowed to pay taxes, now my account is frozen

Customer service non existent. They have a guy on chat and whenever you talk about an issue his robotic response: I will escalate this to such and such department.
Many customers left them because they are not trustworthy. Stay away report on skyline-rec0very. Com. They have wonderful consultation and you are sure to get your asset back.

Total scam. Go onto the website trade and met with extortion. Can't withdraw unless unreasonable charges. Totally stay away from these scammers. Customer support is a joke.

They are absolutely scammers. When you try to withdraw your invested money, they keep adding additional fees as excuses so you can give them more. Be careful out there, report on bit.ly/3BVLdzy if you have been a victim.

I lost all my money.
I only deposited once and never sent anything. All my money was stolen as one day my account went to $0. I have spent years talking to freewallet and sending them the txhash, pictures with their Attention sign, signatures and ID's etc...
Every time I think I have got it straightened out it starts over with them wanting more of the same information.
They say my money is safe, it is safe in there account and that is where it will stay until i wrote to zenithesse. Com and they got my money back from them now everything is sitting pretty in my wallet.
