I love love love my swim suit and it fits perfectly, it came in 5 days which was pretty quick. I would definitely recommend buying from here if you want a really cute and long lasting swim suit, but be be careful it gets pricey quickly. The bikini that i bought cost 70 dollars. I also really recommend Billabong for surfers, the material is wonderful and the bathing suits stay on.

I ordered some board shorts, one on a tuesday and another on a friday. Both shipped on Saturday night. Took 14 days in total, on a 2-6 day shipping option, to find out they were too small. I ordered again and this time its been pushing 8 days (on a 2-6 day shipping option) with my items still not even shipped. Ive ordered things within this time and have received them already. I don't know what their business model is, but its not working.

Billabong consistently overstated the status of my shipment. They created a shipment label and told me that it had shipped, told me it was delivered when it was transitioned from one carrier to another. Will never again purchase anything from Billabong.

Orders returned and delivered chatted 3 times and still no refund... these were gifts that were delivered late after the holiday so we sent ALL back, took over 2 weeks to get there now 2 weeks later still not one cent refunded. Same speech 7-10 days for return processing yada yada yesterday was "business" day 10... my husband is out $379... it's now February... NEVER AGAIN

Seriously, my package was delayed for least 3 weeks and I have called customer service at least 4 times, every time I received different answers.
It taking one month for them to receive my return and I still waiting for my refund!

I have ordre from them a week ago, they provide me an incorrect tracking number with a delivered status at a other client adress. I have try many time to reach customer service but they never answer my email. Very disapointed, I can't cancel the order, I need to wait to receive it, but their system is not working correctly, so I have probably lost my momey. Shipping too long, I'm leaving for vacations without my Swimsuit.

Don't order online

Don't order from this garbage brand! I ordered for the second time a custom a LARGE size, but I received a small one, I called them and they asked to send pictures for the old one and the new one and both has a LARGe size tag but the new one is tooooo small, for 2 months back and forth every time a deferent lair pick up the phone and said will get back to you and they never, please don't tell me because of the pandemic, finally they got back to me and they said we are not going to do anything and you have to buy new one. You no what I will do, I will sue your $#*! and I know why you doing that just because of my accent and my name.
