Typical chinese website where the customer service is non existent and where they sell totally different items than what they show. They advertise free returns well the thing is they dont reply to your emails when you ask for a return. 55$ down the drain!

SLowest shipping, tracking and everything ever! Customer service is non-existant. Do not recommend in any way shape or form

The worst service where returns are concerned, the absolute worst! I will never ever order there again

No phone number to reach them, no e-mail adress, the only was they can be reached is through Messenger on their FB page and its administered by a robot... so they simply NEVER reply.

No service whatsoever whether its by e-mails, phone or live chat. No one answers! I've ordered 5 days ago, and nothing, not even remotely, is close to being shipped( they say its been processed by 10%, whatever that even means!) and they pride themselves on swift shipping. Oh and the call themselves ''Educators'' instead of agents! How presumptuous!

They are stealing pictures form an artist on Etsy, making you think you'll receive a wonderful piece of jewelry and you end up receiving a terrible necklace made in China, cheap cheap cheap beyond belief. Stay away!
