Very dissatisfied with the scam your running, I purchased a motor and muffler 186.00 threw Amazon, I received a muffler with a carburetor in the same box. No motor, I want a complete refund with shipping money to send back this muffler and carburetor. Friday I will be filing a court action against this company. Everyone protect yourself shop elsewhere picture is all I have received
1st They mis informed me about the shipping, they said it would be sent Via UPS and I could call and schedule a weekend delivery, Then when it finally got here after taken alot longer then expected I had to leave work earlier to be here in order to receive the package. After Reciveing The Package the battery was dead on arrival, I never evan got to ride the scooter! It took weeks for me to get something resolved with them cause I didnt feel comfortable swapping out the battery, then they convinced me to accept an exchange on the terms that we would be swapping out the defected scooter for a new one the same day due to the fact I cant afford to keep leaving work early, this already being the 2nd day I had to do so, and now I have no scooter. Nothing with this purachase went right everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, words cant explain how upset I am and how much I've been inconvenienced, however I felt leaving a negative review was my last option, if I dont get this resolved ASAP I'm taken it to the better buiness bureu, due to the fact I'm not evan in postion of the scooter any more
This company is a scam. Biggest rip offs going. They false advertise their products 100%. Then when you get the kits half the bolt holes a stripped or cross threaded. This is so theu can tell you "it voids their return policy". They will NOT make good on anything. Their customer service absolutely sucks. Their no help what so ever. They play a game with you until you finaly get fed up. Half the parts will be missing from your kit and the instruction video. Hahaha your kit doesnt include half of what is in the video. Then if you ask them why they tell you "because the kit was updated". Well the kit in the video specifically explained i had an outdated kit and the company did absolutely nothing. I purchased the kit for $204.18 and had to spend another $40 in total just so the mounting studs would actually screw in. When they sent it every mounting stud was bent and cross threaded. I had sent them pictures and explained the issue the nice i was delivered the package. From day one they played a game. I met all the criteria for their return policy and they told me flat out they will not return it basically because they do not want to. I am in touch with the attorney generals office so if anybody else has had similar cases and would like to send me some info on it i would be gladly to add it into my file i had sent iver to the AG office. I really hope this site ans company get taught a lesson for scamming people the way that they are. Their customer service is horrible and to be 100% honest their product is flimsy and junk. A huge chunk was missing out of the clutch casing along with a bolt!
I purchased two electric scooters, the Gigabyke Groove. So far I have had to replace a battery on one and a controller on the other which i had to return because they sent me the wrong part. That was since July 18,2018. I have received nothing but the run around and it is Aug 2,2018 and it still has not been shipped. Called CS and I believe I am at 8 reps. They won't let you speak to a supervisor and they lie to you right over the phone. What a shame! I have let all of my friends know not to purchase anything from BikeBerry. Not professional. Don't do it your will regret it!
Answer: Complete Scam. They send you crap motors that wont even move, and wont refund

Answer: When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
