I love my Metabo tools and prefer to buy new batteries for them rather than buying new tools. That is except when if buying from Metabo where I have to pay more for the batteries than a brand new Tool from another quality brand.
The batteries from this vendor changed my opinion as their price performance is such that I can keep my great Metabo tools operational for many more years. (I have a Metabo drill that I bought new in Denmark in the 1970's and still working like new)

So far so good. Then I received the battery and it looked like it has been sitting around on the shelf a long time (some stains and debris)and it didn't have a date sticker on it but only time will tell. Tom
