Easy and straight forward. However I didn't see the approximate shipping timeline before purchase, unless I missed something. Great buy after doing some research.
Excellent site, easy to use, great prices. However, I feel packaging for shipment needs to be improved.
When I opened the packing box, I found the charger case had some minor damage. Damage: bottom sheet metal is deformed where the transformer is mounted due to impact; when facing the front of the charger - the right side bottom is bent due to impact. The charger has tested/functioned satisfactorily. I accepted the charger as is.
RECOMMENDATION: Pack future shipments with more/better cushioning materials.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews, they were right, this battery doesn't fit properly, it is too large. I hope it does not break my battery box. I would not recommend, or buy from this company again.

Thought I'd try a lithium ion ATV battery on Honda Foreman with a winch. Received it in just a couple of days from order. Have not installed it yet. Product looks great and has a great warranty. All my questions were answered when I called. Thx!

Placing the order was relatively easy and I like the Amazon pay link. Battery arrived on time and ready for use. It was packaged well and the package was in good condition when it arrived. I suggest putting the warranty paper on top of the order or attached to it. I almost discarded the warranty information with the packing material as it was in the bottom of the box. I would make a purchase from you in the future, based on this experience.
