I had been using Bigrock for many years. However since recent few years, the services have deteriorated. They have no commitment to resolving complaints within any timeline and you are lost following up with them without any idea of the delay.
I buy email server, and in typing of domain name, I made a mistake and requested support to change domain name, they said not possible then I said cancel this and make a new one, and they said not possible this one as well.
4 months ago, I purchase Linux reseller hosting which is provided by BigRock at a limited price. It is 100% white label hosting. Whenever I have any issue with my customer it always helps me to solve it in less time. Last year I also used the Reseller hosting services from A2 hosting & domain racer which is also a great experience for me.

I have many websites hosted by BigRock & offers a great level of performance, reliability, and security. The hosting plans of BigRock are quite affordable and their technical assistance is good.
No tech support. "Tech support is unavailable at this time." No way to transfer your domain to a new server. No option anywhere. This is a BS registrar. Scam is probably the correct word.
And theres nothing that can be done about it because its outside of the country in origin. No lawyer or the police have any jurisdiction. Evil.
