I have been a big pockets customer for a number of years now but not any longer I purchased a tablet device from them in June 2018. The product was completely defective and not fit for use as it would only work for about 20 minutes. I contacted Big Pockets and tried to arrange a return they initially tried to fob me off with different excuses and then stated because they were only a small outfit that they did not have to honour the legal requirement for them to collect faulty merchandise themselves so I returned it at my own expense. They then refused to refund the faulty product so I am currently pursuing them through the small claims court they do nothing but lie and try to think they are clever when they are not they have already blatantly lied to the courts regarding the condition of the device itself to try and bluff their way through. This company have terrible customer service and are only interested in taking your money but not complying with any kind of consumer rights law's. They operate out of a rather shady looking garage as their business building feel free to look them up yourself on google earth street maps it will be enlightening for you it was for me. In short avoid this so called company they are not fit to deal with I would not buy a box of crayons from them save yourselves time and money and buy from a reputable source.
