Ordered a salfin dragon from Big Apple Reptiles. When I received it you could tell it wasn't going to make it. Reptile was super cold wasn't moving. It wouldn't eat it was pooping blood. I did inform them that the dragon was super cold when delivered. Within two days I did notify them, they stand behind their low quality Reptiles. They basically said oh well, you lost your 200.00 dollars. Poor customer service for sure. I will not order from them again. I advise others also. Ordered a blue iguana from them also. Wasn't healthy looking at all either. Think I'll be out 500.00 altogether. Go with a better quality reptile company is my advise. I believe they sent me a green iguana, instead of my blue notified them also. There goes that low quality again. Out 60.00 more dollars, wasted my money with this company. Good luck

Arrived healthy... placed in 20 gal terrarium. Was a bit shy at first but could find him/her investigating. Accepted a dusted cricket within the first day. Very happy with my purchase!
Ordered 4 turtles and A leopard gecko was at home at del. Time but 2 of the turtles was dead other 2 OK and the gecko is OK but when I let them know about the order the 2 dead turtles all they said it was sad paid 140 for order and they did not even ask or replace the ones that came in dead not very happy
I hate leaving bad review for companies because i legimately want to give people especially local businesses my money. Well lets just say i contacted this company due to their website stating that they had a buy 1 get 1 deal going on. I left a facebook message cause they stated they won't answer the phone due to high call volumes. They got back to me and who ever was on the other end was being a complete douche bag. Instead of explaining what the whole buy 1 get 1 meant on their site he/she took it upon theirselves to call me an idiot and that im stupid for thinking they would ever give a snake away because they would be losing hundreds of dollars. All they had to do was respond in a reasonable way and i wouldve been more than happy to do business. Now they keep blowing my facebook messenger up and telling me how much sales they did last year over 742%, well lets see covid shut the world down 2020, so i would assume your sales would be alot higher the next FY. I'm just gonna say i shouldve researched this company before even looking at their products. I would never give this company money for their $#*! customer service approach, they just want your money and don't care how they treat you.
They sold me a sick snake and harassed me after I complained to them about it. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

Ordered a carpet chameleon and Arrived Dead.
They missed shipping out the order as they promised TWISE.
I Picked up my order at the Fedex Hub and open it right away, box and heat pad were still warm, but Chameleon was totally dead with its tongue out. Contacted customer service and he told me Live guarantee Voided because my nighttime temperature is 3 degrees below their requirement.
I didn't aware of that otherwise I would never risk it.
Customer service said can only do a small partial refund which is $13.77 loss to them and I have to lose $114.90.
1) Box and heat pad were still warm, highly possible the chameleon was not healthy or have respiratory infection already so it was stressful and not suitable for transport.
2) If the DOA is because of a low temperature, It WOULD NOT happen if they ship it out on time in the first place. They missed shipping out Twice but take no responsibility for that.

The snake came very well packaged. He was active, very smooth & and shiny. He looks and feels healthy. He isn't as yellow or caramel colored as the pic though.
My order arrived in great shape. My chameleons where nicer than expected and very healthy. They where friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly.
I very highly Recommend! My little one came in perfect shape and is doing great after only being here for a short amount of time. Thank you BigAppleHerp!

The company canceled the order unilaterally without consultation
The reason for the cancellation was that I ordered it from another place.
They make you spent a lot of money and then charge an arm plus leg for shipping.
For what! They taken people as fools with the price. You can get it cheaper in local pet store.
Our panther chameleon a brown female didn't even last for two week. She end up growing black infection on her tail and die in a week. They don't refund your money back and give you a 3day return policy. The reason why THEY GIVE YOU 3DAYS RETURNED POLICY IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT WILL DIE SOON AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY. WHEN PET STORE GIVE YOU 30DAYS RETURNED POLICY. YOU CAN DELETE MY COMMENT BIG APPLE PET SUPPLY. I WILL CONTINUALLY Review. THE SERVICE LET ME TALK ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY DISAGREE WITH YOU. THEY Won't believe you but explain to your customers why you got 3day policy when everyone else have more then 3 days. This is more about money then it is about pet. THEY SUPPOSE TO BE PET EXPERT BUT WHY YOU GIVE US A SICK PET. OWN UP. THEN YOU WANT TO OFFER US A PET BUT IT DOESN'T COST THE AMOUNT YOU KEPT OUR MONEY. SEND US FREE ONE. Answer: Absolutely a legit company! DO NOT ORDER from backwaterreptiles.com, they sent a sick baby skink that needed an emergency vet visit that cost my daughter $208, she paid $220 for the skink from them to begin with and it ended up dying.
Answer: Excellent options, great prices, and they quickly respond to emails, which many other reptile dealers don't do.
Answer: Not worried bout it what's done is done. No turning back the hands of time. Lesson learned
