Bought 4 bearded dragons from these guys and the first 3 bearded dragons were correct but the last one I bought was a super red leatherback. But really sent me a super red normal scale. Just wanted what I ordered but the guys at big apple herp says it's a leatherback what do you guy think, so far everyone I've talked to says normal scale. All I'm saying is if your going to sale something make sure it's the right product to make your customer happy

I wrote them when i recieved 2x bearded dragons one was tan and the other was black and sickly after 2cdays it died they won't even answer me I had just lost a 10yr bearded and they sent me something else to morn

Paid almost $90 for a baby bearded dragon, they aren't specific or let you know in anyway what the age of the baby is. By the size I'd say a few weeks. Again I have no choice but to guess. And the 4or 5 categories to choose from... one picture of a dragon that's obviously not anything like what I got... didn't have my hopes up too high anyways. But if a category says high colored and see the example is a yellow dragon Don't Send Them A BROWN dragon that looks nothing like the picture, like it's from petsmart... dude the ones at persmart have more color on them then this little guy. Ima love and take care of it regardless of its color, but i was given options and paid for something i picked out and did not get that, so its a little disappointing. I have a grown hypo citrus dragon. So there's a big difference here. They need to work on their website. It's just not going to bring them business. The baby seems healthy. Eating good and is responsive and active. I had alot of issues with my order pending for several days. And not being approved until I called them personally to ask what the deal was even though the amount was taken out my bank as if it was a done deal. I hope they can take this as positive criticism to better their work. Thank you for my new dragon friend, he will be in a great home.

My Zero Beardie came well fed and energetic, also came within a week which is amazing. Company takes great care of it's customers and animals definitely recommend them and would definitely shop with them again if needed

Phantom Fantasma arrived energetic and healthy! The box was very secure and well packed. When I messaged the site with a question, they were quick to respond! Will definitely purchase from Big Apple again!

I got my new leopard gecko almost two weeks ago from this company. My little guy is doing fabulous and I'm so thankful that he was well taken care of before I adopted him. Highly recommend for anyone considering an exotic reptile!

Big Apple Pet Supply honestly had one of the greatest selections of geckos online with an easy to navigate website. So browsing for my 12 year old daughters birthday gift with her online was super easy and after ordering and dealing with customer service I would definitely order from them again. They are legit.

These guys are GREAT! Steven, one of the employees, tirelessly spent two hours assisting me in getting my credit card info straightened out so that my order could be processed. Back and forth in emails and texts he continued until we got it right. I couldn't be any more happier. My order arrived at the specified time safe and healthy. Very satisfied with this company! I was a little iffy at first because I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past but this company was very easy to deal with. They responded to me in a very timely manner and my water monitor baby arrived very healthy and on time! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a reptile! I will be dealing with them again in the future

Omg! Thank you so much! He is so amazing! He's beautiful. I never realized how docile these guys really are. I think out of all my lizards my Bearded Dragon and now the Yellow Niger are my favorite. Wow! He was eating Dandelion sprouts after about 15 minutes of being delivered here. I'm actually happy it didn't work out with the Jackson's Chameleon. He so much more personable and likes being held. Hopefully I will have him eating out of my hands soon like all my other lizards. Thanks again for working with me. It took us a little while to figure it out but I'm very happy with what I received in the end! He is extremely healthy and he is a gorgeous yellow color. I couldn't be more satisfied. My new baby arrived bright eyed and very active. He's gorgeous. Going on day two, feeding is a bit of a struggle at the moment, but it could be the stress from his big move. I'm very happy with the whole process from start to finish, and the breeder was great on communication. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to add to my little family. 10/10!

Snake came in packaged well and on time. He is a very active and curious little guy and is exploring his 55 gallon home. Named him Beetlejuice. This is the 2nd corn snake we have bought and both times Big Apple has been great with communicating every step and answering any questions we had.

Big Apple Herp is simply excellent! Their animals are top notch and in amazing condition. Delivered with care and fast. Very professional and always there to answer any questions. Short but sweet and to the point. I was uncomfortable, leery, and nervous at first only for the simple fact that I could not see the Lizard before purchase, could not pick out what I wanted, however Steven at customer support reassured me and made me feel better about the whole situation. I received exactly what I ordered and was hoping for, was not disappointed at all. The Gecko seems very healthy, looks great, not thin, has no stuck shed, ect. Came in crisp and clear :) at a good weight too. I'm happy with my first order from the Company and will buy from again, thanks again to Steven for putting up with me haha...

I was so excited when i saw that this store was carrying coconut crabs, its been a dream of mine to own one. I couldn't resist the great price plus they also offer coupons so it was a really good deal. Product arrived earlier than expected. Great packaging, great service and the animal was in great shape. Second time doing business with this company and i have no regrets.

So I ordered some fruit flies online from this site. They arrived next day as promised and the cultures were producing and healthy. I had ordered one particular species but they actually sent me the wrong one... when I alerted them they assured me it is a rare occurrence and they quickly rectified the situation by sending the right ones to me at no cost. Based on the health of the cultures and the way they handled my situation i will definitely use them again!
