BiDWiZ must have changed their name. Won 13 auctions and still waiting for all. They owe me hundreds for paying the winning auction bid.

Hands up all those that read the terms and conditions? Hands up all those that informed them within the 7 days cooling period? What a surprise... nobody put their hand up. Can anyone read nowadays or are you all illiterate.? T&C should always be read before you pay with your cash. If you're all that thick that you didn't do that. Blame yourselves not the company
Terrible company to deal with. I was unaware of their monthly payment charge of £59.99 and as soon as I realised I contacted the company. At first they agreed to a partial refund but I ended up £59.99 worse off and no refund.

As many others I had not been aware of a subscription charge until i checked my VISA a/c.
The subscription charge is ONLY visible in the small print of the T&C's so they clearly do NOT expect you to be aware of it until lt's too late.

They have all profile pics are not real they look like Lego people they say highest it's impossible to win most of the time and when you do they charge you £59.99 after charging you to play For some fee you still don't get anything try and find a reall person that is happy with this site I'm sure you won't even the frofile pics on all the good reviews are all animals lion cat ext fake $#*! this is all one big rip off and digest if you have put your card details in this site to cancel it quick. I got a bill from you *******2378 Pro Service it states, could you please give me more information on this pleas as it is a fee of 59.99 pounds.
I deposited £80 placed a few bids never won anything yet! However I asked for a refund of my money and was told they don't do refunds. This is confusing as I've just seen one subscriber advise to ask for refund as she got a refund. So how can I be denied a refund and another member be allowed a refund. The mind boggles!
It is very strange how a multiple winner comes out of nowhere in the last minute of the auction and comes not just first, but, second and third having placed no prior bids! He must be one lucky bidder! Having said that i do enjoy playing the game but this does make me very sceptical.No decent wins for me yet i, m still playing and hoping.
My friend told me about this auction site and how she won an Xbox 1. I tried for several months but did not win. Just when I was about to give up, I won a Samsung Galaxy S7!
Although it took it a while to arrive and I had my doubts at first it did in it's original package.

They do have a subscription and it was "stated on T&C", but if you contact their support they agree to refund it. I got a refund of the last 2 months fees. I suggest you to try to contact them.
I never won an item, I played 2-3 times
Patience is the name of the game as far as Bidwiz goes. Won a PS4 for £15.91, but had to spend £26.00 in bids to win it at that price. Heard nothing for 4 weeks, despite trying to ring them (which is pointless as they never answer). Logged onto Bidwiz one random day to see if anything had changed, noticed an invoice for me to pay the winning bid of £15.91, so I paid it (wondering all the time if I should have cut my losses). As I thought I was in the process of being scammed, I bought a PS4 anyway, so during process of paying the winning bid, I requested to have a cash out amount, rather than a new PS4, which they offered £240.00 for and would be paid via PayPal. Another 3 weeks and more went past and nothing, no reply to emails, no answer to phone calls. Then one day out of the blue I received a PayPal email saying I'd been paid £240.00 from Bidwiz. What a shock!
I'm sure, due to the haphazard way Bidwiz operates and total lack of customer service, there are people who have been let down, and because of that it doesn't deserve anymore than 3 stars, but I was lucky enough to win £240.00 for £41.91, so it can work.
(I managed to not have to pay the subscription fee either, but partly down to me I think by making sure there weren't the funds available in the bank account I used for them to take it).
Bidwiz is a really fun site. THIS IS HOW MY ORGINAL REVIEW STARTED. However Bidwiz is horrible. The owners in Israel and England are tax scammers and cheats. If you ask for a refund they will send you a form. When the form is returned, it goes right in the waste basket. Please call the Israeli tax authority and tell them this site is registered in Malta but managed in Israel and they should be paying taxes in Israel but they do not.
Also they have their own employees write positive reviews. Don't go there, They are cheats! I can not say enough bad things about them. Please do not play.
I won an IPAD 2 from the spanish bidwiz on the 21st august 2012, i still have not got the product and all i get when sending e-mails is automated responses or the same e-mail saying that they have to check out my details before it gets sent! THAT DOES NOT TAKE 3 MONTHS BIDWIZ! So annoyed about this site! Wasted over €150!
Overcharged my card. Did not win anything and now when I requested a refund I'm told I have to jump thru all these hoops to get it. Chalking up a waste of money on a scam site.
DONT BE CONNED. If you use this site you are signing up to pay them £59.99 per month for a minimum of 3 months. Its perfectly legal, they know people dont read the terms and conditions and you know youve been had. RUBBISH COMPANY> SITE IS A CON STAY AWAY> BE WARNED

Yes I was paid by bidwiz for the review I wrote. The site is actually terrible and all of the positive reviews are other employees the work at the office in Israel.
