I really like the platform, i posted my cleaning job request and within hours I received price quotes from different cleaners, went with one of the ones having a reasonable pricing, and my house got cleaned.

Same as above - signed up, filled out all the information, scheduled my cleaning - kept getting confirmations of the date and time and then the day before I got the same email stating they could not locate anyone to do my cleaning - WTF? You are going to wait until the day before to let me know that this is not going to get done... on a bright note, their email included a line that said they would not be charging my credit card... gee, ya think?

They take a percentage commission but only when it actually leads to a sale. There is no sign up fee. No surprise charges. Nothing! They only charge you if you make money and they secure the customer's payment information before they forward the lead to you so you can know you won't get stiffed.

I have to recommend this service. It is really good. The only flaw? Really low traffic, and they do have a no compete contract meaning you can't ask customers to call you directly if they provide you with the lead. How will they know? Well they apparently use secret shoppers occasionally. They also could simply survey the customer. If they catch you, you'll get kicked. It is that simple. But really their business model is more than fair and what can I say? I just wish they had some more traffic because it is the fairest advertising service I have found yet.

I had the same experience that some others have described.
I signed up and had a time for my appointment confirmed. I even emailed them after reading this site and requested I be notified immediately if a service hadn't actually been lined up. I received no reply.
Then, the day before the scheduled service, I got the email stating that they had been unable to find a provider. In that time, I could have found someone myself had I known that no-one was actually lined up. Very disappointing.

I signed up for a bid for housecleaning services- I was given a confirmation that my service would take place on a certain date. I received several "reminder emails" about my service date and time, I took time off of work to be available and the day before the service was to take place I received an email that they were unable to find anyone to perform the service. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service site I have ever used. Do not trust them to be reliable!

As a service provider i think this is a good platform. People post jobs and you can bid on them, really good platform and useful
