I had the same experience that some others have described.
I signed up and had a time for my appointment confirmed. I even emailed them after reading this site and requested I be notified immediately if a service hadn't actually been lined up. I received no reply.
Then, the day before the scheduled service, I got the email stating that they had been unable to find a provider. In that time, I could have found someone myself had I known that no-one was actually lined up. Very disappointing.
