I placed an order for two items on Nov. 28,2020. When I placed the items in my basket and checked out, both items were advertised as being in stock. Neither item was available! When I first called the following week because I didn't get a shipment confirmation email, I was told that they were really busy and it would take awhile, but that I would have my items the following week. At the end of the week I called again, and this time I was told that the shipment didn't go out because they didn't have the helmet in the color I chose. I selected another color and was told the items would be shipped that day. I called the following day because I didn't get a shipment notification, and I was told that the items had been sent to the shipper but that the shipper hadn't processed it yet. Oh, and that they would be on top of it and get back to me with the status. Well, I called back again today (12/9), and am told that they were mistaken and that they don't have the lock kit that I had purchased back on 11/28. What a waste of my time! Save your energy and shop elsewhere. Also, they have another online shop under a different name that rings the same people I spoke to at bicyclebuys.com called cyclefastusa.com. When I last looked, both websites still advertised the lock kit as being in stock.
