I'm totally disappointed with the quality and freshness of the roses that were delivered. Literally these roses are already withered and dying. I didn't feel excited to share via social media due to the disappointment. The roses literally looked as if they've been sitting for a good week and a half. I know good qualify of roses when I see them and this was by far not it. On a scale of 1-10, the delivery of service would get a 10 but 0.5 for quality. We just got married January 24th and this was my first flower delivery to this woman as my wife. This experience with Bice's this Valentine's Day has been a complete fail and disappointment.
I ordered flower to be delivered to my daughter in law for her Anniversary. They delivered the cheapest looking poinsettia I have ever seen. I could have done better going to Walmart.
I have pictures. 114.00 for a horrible looking plant. I looked at Walmart and could have gotten a beautiful one for 20.00. Please do not use this florist. I had to use them because I live out of town. I have cried and cried and so embarrassed. Invoice #*******: reference number *******

I had a promo code of $10 off. It had no expiration date but not let me use it. I only order once a year so it had not been used as stated. Very disappointed.
I am really disappointed that both Valentine's Day and the the day before were blacked out for delivery.
Website was supposed to send me a link to update my password, but I never received the email. So, I purchased as a guest.

The flowers arrived on time and were very nice. (Order Number: *******.)This was a Designer's Choice Deluxe bouquet. They were ordered early afternoon and delivered late afternoon the same day. However 3 days after delivery the general flowers died and the next day the roses also drooped and died. The lilies are still going strong. I really had expected that the overall arrangement would last longer than they did and the recipient was only able to enjoy them for 3 days. I am really disppointed.
Delivery charge seemed to be very high for a local delivery.

I think it's funny how it was on sale but then the delivery charge was almost the same amount as the discount.
Please upgrade you UI based on holidays and provide a more personal touch from the local Florist chosen based on the area.
there wasn't anywhere that showed the delivery address on the check out page??would have like to be able to review that info before completing order
The site was hard to move through. I had to repeat my selection several times as the screen would go bk to the main screen repeatedly.
The plant was nice. My only dissatisfaction was that the delivery charge was high in comparison to the price of the plant. All else was good. I appreciate the service.
Ordering from the website was super easy. They did deliver the flowers on time. Price was a little higher than what I'm used to paying locally, but it wasn't too bad. The only negative comment that I have to say is that the flower arrangement that was delivered did not look anywhere near as beautiful as the image provided on their website. Some of the flowers were different, which I knew could happen and that's fine, but it just looked like it was all thrown together without any thought as to the arrangement. I knew it wouldn't look exactly like the picture, but I figured it would be close. The recipient was still excited and happy to get their flowers so I can't be too disappointed. I'll probably give them another chance. I just wanted to be honest with my review.
I had some problems when I had to find the zip code. I did not see how to continue, so I had to start all over. This time I had the zip code and could continue.
The signature card doesn't work well. This order was from 3 families. Not enough space to put them all so I had to add it to the message. Hopefully someone there catches that so it won't look goofy.
I called to inquire about delivering to a certain town and the lady who answered the phone was extremely dry and not friendly at all!
Too many screens to process through and CVV needs better description of what you need. I don't do a lot of online shopping.
I am very disappointed with the delivery time. The flowers were for my sister's birthday and they did not arrive at her work place until after 5:00pm. She stayed late to wait for them and I had to tell her about them instead of it being a surprise. I spoke with two reps who were not able to tell me when or if they were going to be delivered on the day requested.
