Special Promotional code didn't work, however the florist made certain to adjust my bill without my asking. My cousin called me to say the pink and white bouquet was very beautiful and she was pleased.

I do not like the website server used - options less than optimal unless I use the "Special Delivery Instructions" area. Bices Florist is far more personal than what the website offers.

Dealing with Bice's is always easy, which is why I have used them for years and will continue to do so. The florist that fulfilled the order however left a bit to be desired. The picture showed a pretty vase with spiral blue; the actual delivered vase was plain clear. The flowers appeared to have simply been put in the vase, vs arranging for best appeal. The flowers were pretty, yes.
Good overall, however unable to see size or dimensions of arrangement. Hope is a good size
