My friend was confused with the card that was included with the flowers. Apparently the card contained every word with the exception of my signature. When I called her to ask about the flowers, she informed me of the situation and was wondering who sent the flowers. She figured it was me because of my words, there just wasn't a signature. Overall, my experience with Bice Florist was good. The flowers and bumble bee was just what my friend needed.

The arrangement was lovely! My aunt really loved them!
Delivery price was a bit steep. The hospital is around 5 miles from the florist. $15 was a lot for delivery I thought. Just my opinion.
The internet option makes this much easier. Flowers were lovely and delivered on time.
