I did figure this out on my second order for a mother's day delivery though, so all is well.
I think it would be super if you could incorporate a way to take a picture of the arrangement that is delivered with each order. I typically ask the recipient to send one, but sometimes that is awkward. Just a thought.

Without a visual for the difference between the three price levels for the arrangement I selected, it was hard for me to tell that what my wife received was different from the lowest price arrangement (which was the only one pictured).

Very User friendly
So far I have had a great experience with Bice's Florist. I would like to add that it is a challenge to know when and where to send flowers when someone is in the hospital. In this case, the flowers where on the delivery truck when I was told that the employee was being dismissed. I called Bice's and gave them her address and they delivered to her home instead (luckily she lives in the same general area as the hospital). I appreciated Bice's quickly making the change.
So far it's good and easy. If my order is delivered on time to the funeral home then that'll be perfect! Thanks!
