I saw on your home page that a coupon code for 10.00 was available at checkout, but when I got to checkout- there was not a place listed to enter the coupon code so I was bummed out about that.

First arrangement delivered was from a contracted florist not Bice's. I ordered a specific Baby Boy clear block vase, Boy blue teddy bear and It's a Boy balloon. A polka dotted multi-colored vase containing much cheaper flowers than the white roses the picture depicted with a small brown bear arrive. The only thing that was right was the balloon. Had the recipient not sent me a picture of the arrangement I would have never known. I called and another arrangement was delivered the next day. It had the correct vase and boy teddy bear and balloon. The flowers were multi-colored and not the white roses the picture depicted but they were much nicer higher quality flowers than the first arrangement.
