Charged me twice for the order, said I would see a credit on my account, but still shows two charges. Other than that they are great to work with.
You always do what you say and your flowers and plants have always been beautiful. I have ordered from other places only to get to the funeral and be embarassed by how cheap the plant or flowers looked.

I decided to buy flower from a local florist, because purchasing from proflowers.com created a mess when my wife had to open and put the flowers in the vase herself. I believe it is a better experience to receive the order setup and completed. In addition, the pricing is very similar.
