You give your very best every time I order. The flowers are always premium and fresh. I have used Bice's for over 19 years and never been disappointed.
Very disappointed. Ordered a specific congratulatory bouquet via the website. Received a call roughly 30 minutes later advising me they did not have that vase; which was bright orange and fun. I was offered a plain clear vase. The representative who initially called me was not very helpful on resolving my issue and only could offer that the original vase would be in sometime this week. I asked for a manager and she was apologetic and tried to fix the issue by explaining that the vase showed tracking of arriving the next day. She apologized and offered to make the bouquet larger with a balloon. The bouquet that was provided was not the best quality of flowers. Rather disappointing.
I ordered 2 different floral arrangements and both were absolutely fabulous.
It was easy and the price is very reasonable.
The order delivered was not what I had chosen. The vase was completely different. Although it was still very pretty it wasn't what I ordered.
