Easy to order, however, was not able to apply the $5 Save5 code for $5 off that I received an email offer for so I did not receive the discount.
Received a postcard with $5.00 off my next purchase however I did not see a place on the order form to add the code CAPC.
The arrangement was exactly what I expected, and what I wanted. I wish it would have been delivered a bit early, but I understand I have no control over delivery time.
Good service, since I never see a photo of the delivered item, I would not be able to rate or comment on whether or not it was exactly what I ordered.

I liked the flowers delivered but it seemed to have a lot of greenery uses for filler.

When Payne's delivered the order no one was home. When my friend went to pick up the flowers they were not available.:0( Delivery was made THREE DAYS later! But the 90 year old recipient, whose birthday was Thursday, is very happy with what she finally received. Her comment was that if Payne's was the last florist on earth, she wouldn't use them. Just FYI.

I order flowers for my mother-in-law for her birthday. Last year I ordered from another company and it was a disaster a lot of the flowers were dead. My mother-in-law put a picture of the flowers on facebook from Bices and they were beautiful. Flowers were sent from Texas to Tennessee. Thanks Bices you made her day.
