Simple, you submit article, once approved, they will publish it, and you will certain money paid for your article. This is nepal based site.

Yes, I am new member in bhudki (network.bhudki.com). If you are here, then you might already have known something about bhudki. Let me tell you my analysis,
- Site is being run by some passion fueled guys
- Registration is free.
- They never asked for other fees (i am member since 2 days), but was following bhudki since 1 month.
- They pays their members in "ETH (ethereum)".
- My points is not yet reached payout threshold, (so be cool, once reached I will share my payout experience).
- Site is being run by small amount of donation (very very small, donation is not enough), and lots of money is coming out from owners' pocket (i think).
- See the "roadmap" section in site. Guys you must see it.
(5 rating is not good for site right now. I was thinking of giving 4 rating. Why? Because, site doesn't have "app", site is running in wordpress. But let it be, let's motivate them with 5 stars.)
