New to BHFO, great prices and I was surprised by the selection. I'll be shopping for kids clothes here too! They had the size I needed of a dress I tried at Nordstrom Rack, and beat out every other online retailer significantly on the price. It fits perfectly, and came within a week. I'm super happy with it and really excited to find a new option for reasonably priced clothing!
Website is not and really has never been buyer friendly. Pictures are terrible, very limited, shows sizes you did not request or the size charts are off, and patterns cannot be magnified. I many times cross my fingers when pressing pay now. Otherwise...good products for good price. Just wish it would not take me so long to shop because of the issues mentioned.
Purchased a Jessica Simpson coat and the entire right pocket and lining was ripped. So if you put something in the pocket it would fall all the way down to the hem. They are not great about getting back to customer other than to say they will get back to me, keep saying they need to investigate? I sent photos of the torn pocket/lining not sure what there is to investigate. The coat is defective PERIOD, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE BHFO. Coat has been hanging in my closet now for week while they "investigate". Once again me, the customer has to go through the hassle, not them. So bottom line they send out a defective product, they got paid for the coat and I get to wait while they investigate, got it. Over it.

I purchased a coat with international shipping. The shipping reference indicates that the item arrived in my country. Since then, it disappeared. It was stolen at the airport. I asked BHFO further information: they refused to refund me: they want to wait 8 weeks.
I used to buy at BHFO for years and I was satisfied with the customer service.
Lately it gets horrible: stolen articles never received, false item description, missing information, and the worst: an awful client support.
I boycott BHFO.

First of all, I got an email claiming the site offered 30% off certain items. But there is no way to tell which items when you shop. Naturally, all the dresses I chose were excluded from the sale. Two of the dresses were poorly made and looked much shabbier in real life than in the picture on the website. They were also final sale. The floral Sam Edelson dress was particularly ill fitting and cheap-looking. It is unwearable. The sleeves are much too loose and droop down off the shoulders. I can't figure out for the life of me how it is supposed to fit! A complete waste of money. I have opted out of texts and emails from BHFO because they don't appreciate customer loyalty.
I have gotten some lovely items in the past but my recent experience has soured my positive opinion of BHFO.
They looked great in the photos/descriptions and I like Sam Edelson designs, but the floral dress turned out to be a disaster.

I have been shopping with BHFO for 2 years. This is not the first time I have received the items with wrong sizes. For example, I ordered size "2P" for Connected Apparel Womens Petites Knit Ruffled Bolero. However, a "14P" had been received this morning. I feel very nervous every time when I open the parcel. According to your return policy, even BHFO makes the mistake, I still need to incur the shipping costs. Also, the return process has been painful and it is very expensive to ship the wrong items back. Therefore, I have decided to stop buying from BHFO.
Ordered over $400 worth of items. Received one defective item $6.99 and one wrong size item $11.99. I sent two emails (Wed and sat), no response. I called today, Mon, someone immediately answered and told me to email pictures. I did, they responded and asked for more pictures. So they're just dragging this whole process on over a $6.99 and $11.99 shirt that shouldn't have been sent to me anyway, they shouldn't need pics, they should have inspected items prior to sending out so there weren't defects and so the sizes are the correct sizes I ordered. So now I am resorting to post negative reviews and go to my credit card company to make it this right because they will not give me a solution to rectify a situation that is clearly their error. For a company that boasts on their customer service, it's really been either lacking or just difficult to deal with.

I bought a shirt and never got it. They first said it was already arrived, then in transit, then to write them if I didn't get it by Dec. 28. I did write them on that day day. Today Ebay said the case was closed because it was "inactive for 21 days". But its only 11 days between Dec. 28 and now. After closing the case on false pretences, and refusing the usual Ebay coverage, Ebay blocked me from leaving feedback on either the missing item or BHFO. I saw the very item they supposedly sent to me has been relisted on EBay! I am doing feedback here to help others! Avoid them like the plague!
Not for me … I bought a few products from them… they sell on others website as well like shop premium outlets and sometimes they have the same product listed on bought website but with different prices so I ordered a dress on BHFO website and a minute later I saw the same dress at $20 dollars less on shop premium I emailed BHFO for price matching since I thought it was not fair and they refused to do price matching… it wasn't a big price difference that's why you would expect the price matching from them but not… so for me it was a total delusion this website and I felt they don't value the customers

I order all sorts of things online. Most of us do. In the day of free returns I don't even care that it will cost me to return the jumpsuit I ordered. The insert that was in the package said to call for returns. I called twice and emailed twice and no return communication at all.
I may keep the jumpsuit that does not fit and will give it to someone but will NEVR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. You cannot survive mail order if you have poor customer service.

Your customer service caused unnecessary confusion by email. The people who responded to me did not take the time to investigate about the delay in delivery. I wasn't upset with the delay, rather that you were insisting that the pants had been delivered when in fact they were still in transit. I received emails stating my address was incorrect which of course it wasn't. I emailed from a work email and the address on signature line was my work address. I purchased the item using my home address and correctly identified my home address as the address I would like it delivered yet your staff insisted it was already delivered to my home address when it absolutely wasn't, leading me to worry unnecessarily.
I will never shop from BHFO again
I can find Theory products elsewhere. Given my experience, I will never recommend BHFO or shop on this site again
There needs to be a little more effort in the description and photos of the items featured.
The returns department receives and F in processing. The 2 orders I returned I had to call the company numerous times to get the credit put back onto my credit card.
I bought a lot of items and most of them are not my size. I would like to return some of them but since this was the first time I was buying from you I didn't know i cannot return the final sale. Your website does not let me return any of the items and that is why I'm dissatisfied. Is there any way you can let me return at least the items are too big or too small? Thank you

I bought several shirts as gifts. The XL size was smaller than most retailers' size large so I had to return them. They charged me shipping for the return even though their product sizing was WAY off! My total cost for shipping both ways was nearly half the cost of the shirts. I spoke with their customer service rep who basically said that's too bad.

Asked to change delivery address at least 8 days before estimated delivery date and did not want to help with it. Besides, after deciding not helped me, item was not delivered, I've sent at least 3 emails asking for refund and BHFO do not answer my emails.

Ordered 12 items from the inventory on their website. Received email confirmation for the order. Received email with "order shipped" confirmation and "tracking info", followed by email stating order was cancelled because NONE of the items ordered were in stock.
I purchased a pair of shoes that had no indication of being Final Sale. When I called customer service I was told it should have shown at check out. I never saw that and have no way to verify that. I will never shop there again.
Sandals were too tight, had to argue with customer service rep for help to return when web site was faulty.

The shoes were described on the site as "New in Box" except that when I received them many of the crystals were missing and were not in the box rolling around which means the shoes were put in the box and sent to the customer in that condition. I informed the company as soon as I received them and saw all of the stones missing, I sent several pictures and a couple weeks later still no resolution. The only attempt the company has made to resolve this was to offer me only half my money back for the cost of the shoes. The shoes can't be worn with all the stones missing, what's the point in paying money for sparkly shoes with so much of the sparkle missing. It makes them look cheap and awful so I can't wear them, they're useless. Had the company accurately described the item on their site and showed/described that stones were missing, I would have passed and not purchased them. But because of the company's dishonesty, I had no idea and now all they are willing to offer is half the price of the shoes back. I'm out the cost of the shoes that are useless now, shipping, and duties. I would lose more money to send the shoes back and with the company not willing to do anything else to resolve this I will never be a customer here again and would warn others off. I'm considering sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because there are laws to protect customers. Companies cannot falsely advertise items, take the customers money and then just leave it like that.
Customer service disappeared and this store seems to be in business reselling item that don't meet the quality standards to be sold in a regular store regardless of the brand.
I previously made a purchase I was happy with. Regret making additional purchases, your not getting a bargain, your being taken advantage of with these falsely advertised items of poor quality.
