Beyond Infinity

Bought a lamp a few weeks ago. It was delivered broken so I emailed them asking for a refund and shipping information to get this back to them. They said they will investigate for a possible refund. I emailed them again and they replied they are looking into it and will let me know when there is an update. I sent them pictures of the broken lamp as well. Can't stand bad customer service. They are just hoping I'll forget about it. And yes, I will be submitting reviews elsewhere if they do not return my email from today,

I challenge you to try to call customer service any tiem of day or day of the week... and see if you can get anyone to answer. It will not happen before or after the "sale." I bought an item May 28th of 22 and they replied about the delayed deliver in my initial email but since will not reply at all and I have no way to reach them... it has been almost 3 months. HEADS UP!

Ordered a scanner many weeks ago, promised delivery 3-5 days but all I have received from this scam site is excuses. Site uses website template common to most India and Red China scammers. Getting a refund from my Visa card!

It's completely fraud, please dont trust this consultancy, I paid complete amount for process. But they didn't done anything for me. Later on I requested return amount. From last 2 years are not giving back.
Even this company contact numbers also fake.
Don't believe this bull $#*! guys.

One biggest joke by mistake I sent some amount this company even that amount also not send back to me.

Finally, after waiting for almost 2 years I got my PR application approved from Ontario Province. It was a long process and I almost lost hope because I faced problem with my proof of funds and other certifications but my case manager helped me a lot to complete the documents needed. It was the best decision to start my migration process with Beyond Infinity. Now all my frustrations turned my dreams to reality. I recommend Beyond Infinity for transparent process. I strongly urge no one order from this company! I ordered a power pole a month and half from them and after noResponse for 2 weeks I contacted them. I've spoken to them now probably 8-10 times and everytime it's the same thing. 6 weeks later still haven't received my money back. Please read reviews unlike me.

Please don't trust Beyond Infinity. I wasted my both money and time. They lure you with typical sales pitch (job opportunities abroad, standard of living blah blah). Once you pay the fees they keep sending you regular mails just to show that your application is being looked into. After a point they stop sending you mails, you cannot contact them as no one will pick up your calls. And when you ask for refund, either you will not be entertained or they will send you inappropriate mails rejecting your refunds. Goons. Total fraudsters.

After waiting a month to receive the items I purchased and countless calls and emails, I have reached out reached the better business bureau for assistance in receiving a refund. It appears I am not the only customer experiencing this issue. BUYERS BEWARE!

This is completely fraud and cheater company. It's been more than 4-5 years still they didn't work out for me for German job visa. Please avoid this. They rob you with money in advance and once agreement tenure is finished, they ask you to renew and shell out more money. I had total paid about more 75-80k and no services at all. They remove all negative feedback. I am going to put a complaint soon

WARNING: This is NOT a legitimate company! Total scam! The California Attorney General's Office can not take action against these people UNLESS others who have been scammed by them, file a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Get your money back, put them in prison where they belong. File a complaint.

Order products. A week later no emails or info. Called company everyday and only get a answering machine. Reported them to my bank for fraud.

Stay away from this place, its a scam. I ordered a plug from them in June and still did not get it.
Try to call multiple times, no answer.

This company is a front for some overseas scam outfit. They instantly charge your credit card then never deliver the products you ordered. And there is absolutely no way to contact them. They have a phone number listed but have never answered it. Never replied to emails or online requests for assistance. My credit card company tried tracking them down and had no luck. Fraud!

I ordered a cot tent from this company for my son to use on our August camping trip. I believe the first scam attempt was when I ordered the item, something popped up that said to re-order immediately and save 10%, I was a bit confused but started the process. When I was asked to enter my payment information again I stopped and called customer service, I thought the entire order was aborted. However, the helpful customer service representative assured me that my order had gone through and that everything was fine. A day or two later I received an email that there may be some delays, but that they were investigating and would get back to me right away.
No further communications, and when I call their number now I am asked to leave a message and told that nobody is available….
Very disappointing. I will no longer be ordering from anyone that does not have a physical location…
This is the second time this has happened to me and there will not be a third…
Also, apparently it is recommended to use a credit card when shopping online, as it is easier to report fraud and get your money back if you use credit…. Which is stupid in my opinion but that's the online world we live in now

Ordered a depth finder. Never got it. I called and they won't answer. There email says God bless and thanks for supporting small business. How can you claim to be religious,? But yet steal people's money! You have been warned folks do not purchase anything from these criminals! No photo because I never received.

The site looked professional and competitive, but not unreasonably cheap. The delayed delivery notification was a little strange in that it did not list the actual item ordered. They charged me immediately, rather than waiting until the product shipped. I got a generic follow-up email a week after ordering that they were delayed in shipping (covid, Ukraine,...), and then they went SILENT. No response to site inquiries, emails, or phone calls (the voicemail said "no agent was available" on 20+ attempts). I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company for a refund.

I purchased two stargazer chairs, which aren't even on their website anymore for a Christmas present (which means he didn't open it until December 25th). The first time he sat in it, it broke at the base. The company's refund policy is 30 days from date of delivery. I purchased early which meant the 30 days were up. They refuse to give a refund or even replace the chair. Now, they are totally ignoring my emails. I will not purchase from this company again and I would warn others to beware of the return/refund policy on items that may break! Very unhappy with service and product!

This consultancy charged us Rs. *******/- from all my friends and promised us to give us job letter along with visa formalities for overseas within 6 months only from the date of enrollment but its been almost one year, me and my friends are still waiting and asking them to refund which they are not even listening and considering and always give us one other email id to drop request what is this. This is highly fake consultancy in the market. Would say all please please please please don't ever go to this beyond infinity consultancy they will spoil your career and dreams. They are looting the innocent appliants and not even care about the feelings.
They are big big big chor in the market. Pleae be aware guys. We are victims of this fake consultancy.

So I made a purchase and received it about 3/30/22, it was the wrong color. I followed the return instructions and it was received in return on 04/02/2022. Now 10 days later, still no refund to my debit card. And all the return emails seem automated with no name or phone number? Feel like I'm being ripped off?

This is a SCAM! They charge your card, never ship anything, and then refuse to answer emails or calls. I have already put in a dispute with my credit card company, but I am planning on suing this company as well. I will make it my mission to bankrupt this fraudulent company.
