Order products. A week later no emails or info. Called company everyday and only get a answering machine. Reported them to my bank for fraud.
Stay away from this place, its a scam. I ordered a plug from them in June and still did not get it.

This company charged my credit card for the purchase of a TIMEX watch and never sent the watch. They claimed supply chain issues and warehouse issues- but never resolved the issue nor issued a credit after I requested that the purchase be canceled.

I have paid for Malta visa, I have paid *******/- and they told me that the processing time is 3months, when i am asking for update they are give some stupid answers, please don't trust the staff komal, priyanka, Divya.
Took my money, never sent me the product, they quit replying to my emails after a couple weeks, I had to go back through my VISA card to get money back.

I have check on line which ONLY states ORDERED, NOW when I check, it says SOLD OUT, POOR CS just want a reply either refund or product

This company should be put out of business. Takes your money without ever planning to deliver the merchandise. They keep making excuses for the delay, promising to follow through with the order, etc. Once you ask to cancel your order and refund the money they stop responding to your calls and emails. Total scam. Here is the first email from them, a week after the order was placed:
We greatly appreciate you supporting our small business. Due to the pandemic and the events occurring in Ukraine, we are experiencing some logistical delays. I am writing this email to make you aware that we are working around the clock to get your merchandise to you.
We apologize that your order has not been shipped yet but please rest assured that we are going to keep you updated on your order. This is our commitment to you!
I am currently working with both the warehouse and the courier to better understand where your order is in the shipping process. I called the warehouse this morning and they told me they would be providing an update ASAP. Once your items have shipped, they will arrive in 2-3 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Please allow me time to investigate this and I will promptly respond to you with any new updates I receive.
Once again, I am extremely sorry for the shipment delay but I hope you understand that we are doing our best to navigate this tricky logistics situation (due to all the world events). My team and I are doing our jobs to the best of our abilities to take care of you and all our customers!

Later, when I asked to cancel the order, they said they can't because it may have already been picked up by UPS for delivery. They keep stringing you along as long as they can.
From the beginning Was told item was in stock, then told it was not, so I canceled the order and now that's been delayed, I think now I'll contact the credit card company.
Had a nice experience with them for my PR visa. The staff is really helpful. I got my visa in exact 12 Months. They are the best no doubt!
I should have researched them more no product no shipping no refund no communication
