I'm never disappointed by the service from Better World Books, and they have a huge selection--they almost always have exactly the book I'm looking for.
Book arrived as expected. Not sure I like the way this process is done - my answer here is in direct reponse to an email asking if I had received my purchase, no indication of a review expected. So though the order process was very good, I am only putting 'good' in the star rating above as I feel tricked into giving any rating at all.

The book I received was in great condition! It was listed as Very Good condition, but it probably could have been listed as Like New! The book was also received very quickly!

The books I have bought, were always in the condition they said they were! I have never had anything damaged in shipping. The people with negative reviews, should just go to a Barnes and Noble and pay new price, instead of getting the same books for $4. Really? No complaints from me! Ordered two books from USA to EU. Delivery time delayed by two days, but I count it on virus. Shipped in large plastic/something material bag. Books were damaged, marked and a little bit sticky, but it was mentioned on order. Overall - I think, I will order more books from BWB!

I have always had a good experience with BWB. Books have arrived in the condition advertised. As a frequent buyer, I usually just select books that are sourced directly from BWB. Yes, I have received some books that were formerly library books, but there are times when libraries need to clear older books to make room for the new. I'd rather see a book reused in this way than sent to recycle. BWB has had books that I haven't been able to find anywhere (well maybe on amazon for literally 3 times the price). I also like that through my purchase, I'm helping literacy causes too.
