I was told i could exchange a child bracelet by one customer service rep. Them a email came in stating I passed 90 days for repair or replacement... however not giving and option to get a warrant.

I ordered the name plate baby bangle for my daughters 4th birthday her party was July 14th. I placed the order on Monday, July 8th which I know was super last minute but they were so accommodating.
