I have been working for this company for 3 years. I want to say that if you really complete the tasks and send the parcels on time and according to the instructions, then you will receive your salary for this work without any problems. There were many irresponsible colleagues. They quit their job and did not get in touch, and then asked to pay them for it. So, it's funny and sad..

Company is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I worked for them without issue until I moved and the covid-19 pandemic began. They were sending packages that I never received but would have to go search for. They asked me to open an amazon account in my name for them to use. I can show you that emails if you're considering employment with them. I declined and since then i haven't been paid. I can show you those emails aswell.

Company is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I worked for them without issue until I moved and the covid-19 pandemic began. I can show you that emails if you're considering employment with them. I declined and since then i haven't been paid. I can show you those emails aswell.

I have been scammed contract looked real but found out the address they have is for a house not a business in NY. They also owed me 95 dollars and didn't pay it to me and they also stopped emailing me. I guess the one package I have will make up for this that was left here and I asked them about many times. I have email proof and printed files of our conversations which will be sent to the BBB and also my bank since my account frozen for bad activity. They also were asking people to do illegal things which is in my conversation.

By far the worst place to work at. I am not sure why or how some people have been pleased by working with this company. So here is the run down.

They ship items to you. You process the package and upload pictures. The send you a shipping label, you print and send out. You get paid every other Monday via paypal or an amex debit card. Remember, you dont work for them. You are an independent contractor. Easy right? WRONG.

If you work with Kate, vicky, hannah and one more lady that rarely speaks to me, you are F**KED. They give you wrong shipping labels and then blame you for being late on shipment. They dont answer your calls or messages. They dont pay you and say that payroll has technical issues. Seems to me like all the good reviews here has payments on time. I've never been payed on a Monday. Payments are always late and I still have $260 they have to pay me.

Now I will admit, I was late on my shipments about a month. No one wants to receive their shipments one month late. My reason, I had covid and again, they gave me the wrong labels. Shipping at usps was hard because they didn't accept the packages due to weight and size difference based on the parcel size. I drove in all day from 8am to 4:30, going to more than 40 different usps and only ONE felt bad and is willing to take 6 parcels and is not liable if they get returned. Getting an earful from best shop usa, I didn't care anymore so I sent it.

I had to constantly remind them that I relied on this job to be the main paying the bill because they promised $20/hr. But that doesn't depend on you, that depends on them sending you shipments.

I'm still "working" there and for about 6 months but I havent received a shipment in the past month. No notice, no messages, nothing. They still owe me $260. But remember, you are a independent contractor. You dont have benefits to ANYTHING. So as of right now, I'm going to keep bugging them about my $260 that I will probably never receive.

OH, they are probably going to say that it is because I stole an item or something or make up some dumb excuse. I havent stolen anything. Dont need to steal what they were shipping. I truthfully wished I did though because I would have gotten my full payment then or otherwise I keep it. If they dont reply to this then they will try to delete this. And interesting enough, if they reply to this, why aren't they replying to my messages, in-website messages, tickets or phone calls? Hmmm?

As stupid as I was, I hope whoever reads this review, take your chance, but don't say I didn't warn you.

Edit: they have flagged my review on trust pilot because they dont want bad reviews for their company. So instead they hide it. Go look on facebook, their reviews on facebook is low and probably the reason why they don run their Facebook page. They have now sold my email to a bunch of spam subscriptions and I'm just bombarded with emails. Pictures provided below. Also pictures provided are payment guaranteed per hour, per day you work from the person who spoke to me about this. Also it's funny how they replied to the review but still havent provide a response on how my payment is still being held.

I have police reports to back my story up. The actually used that 1099 form with all my personal info and obtained stolen credit cards and my banking info. Reshipping is a huge scam plz stay away from them. Google Reshipping. They also use fake profiles to give good reviews. Look how many come in daily. I have exposed them on every site I can. No lies just speaking facts. Google the business address it's a house. Plz RESEARCH..

They stole my identity and bought merchandise! I had a very long talk with the bank. A**holes! I went through so much hell. Their website looks terrible. You can tell their scammers right then and there!

Best shop usa is a scam. They obtain your information for job websites to recruit people that are looking for work. I started working for them before I did my research and now they have my personal information and they never paid me for my work.

At first I was working for them for a year, they pay me for the jobs done, mainly packages. Then they started introducing this company called best shop USA. My boss was Nicolas Cruz, I think he groomed me (that means intrntionally gaining
The trust of your victim for personal gain and manipulating)me for a year to get me to trust him and then he had me do a huge Bitcoin transaction for $12,000. That piece of s*** owes me $960 and additional $12,000 on top of it. I'm starting to think he's running this whole company because suddenly all the numbers are blocked, now they are out of service. If you can get ahold of them please let me know. I also have proof they are scammers via email. My email is Brie 1030 at hotmail.com if you like to get ahold of me if you're curious. They quit talking to me, they shut down my web portal, even if I have grounds for being fired they didn't call me and let me know why. I weird call from a 1-800 number from Bank of America another phone call, I supposedly I'm appointed to a new manager they apologize for what Nicolas did to me so they take care of what I'm owed, unfortunately I have yet to get another phone call. Stay away from these guys, they will get your trust and then throw it away at your expense literally into thousands of dollars. I should have known better when they used to Ebay listing to pay me the money, yet it wasn't my eBay listing.

These people contact you off a job website and offer you a job receiving items in clients names. They are stealing peoples information and then they are not paying the people that work for them. It is a a scam

I started working for Best Shop USA in February. I found it on a job web site. I was doing, a mailer job, and believed I was doing legitimate work. Even checked them out, there were very good reviews about them. They had a web site ect. I even saw others similar to it. Well I worked doing the job, since February. They gave me twenty a package. I thought extra money, to subsidize my income THEN THE PACKAGES STOPPED I was told more would come. Then they offered me a Bit coin job. I never heard of this, type job before, but I was told it, was another job opportunity through them. I did one transaction. Then I got a call, from a man saying he was from Bit Coin.He said they could not release funds, he ask me to talk with my boss. I was ask, by my boss to tell him that I made a mistake. I tried to get in touch with the person, through the number provided. There was no reply, and then Best shop USA blocked me, and did not pay me either. I then find there is now, a 6,000 Pay Pal balance on my account now. Any one see's this company, they are a SCAM.

I worked for best shop for awhile and they promised me my pay in an hour if i send a package of there client and they never payed me also dont believe when the say you'll get a bonus for a package because they wont give u that bonus the owed me like $100 in bonus i would not recommend this company to anyone

I worked for Best Shop for a month with receiving only one package a week so that totaled my check would only be $20 every two week. I had found a job so I could make more money and I communicated with best shop to let them know i would not be sending out anymore packages. They ask to send one last package and I would be paid the $20 & then an extra $50 because I had to go pick it up. After tracking down the package for 2 days, I uploaded everything it ask me. I still have not received my pay of $70 that is owed to me. I have reached to best shop and they have blocked my number, I have sent out emails to the ones that have sent me money via paypal. I have called and left numberous messages with my name and phone number. This money is owed to me because I did the work for bestshop. I will not stop until I hear back from someone. Ohhh and after uploaded everything on the last package, within minutes afterwards I could not even log back into my best shop portal to see if mu funds were available. Somebody needs to send a message back. When I get my money owed to me that is when I will leave you alone. I also will highly suggest on reviews that I am in process of doing on how bad of a company you are with your employees not wanting to communicate nor pay them. Good Day!

Warning! This is not a legitimate business, but an organized crime ring. The merchandise is purchased with stolen credit cards and mailed to Best Shop USA "employees" to reship. If you become an employee you will be receiving stolen merchandise. Stay away from this criminal enterprise.

I started with this company on Nov 1. They put me on a 2 week trial period. During this period I was promised one package a day. In 3 weeks I only received 2 packages.
Yesterday I received my 3rd package. When I went to deliver it to Fedex they informed me that they would not accept it due to having a stolen Fedex Account number on it, and, they seized the previous two packages due to stolen account numbers. Best Shop USA never informed me of this and did not express any concern about the missing packages.
I have informed Best Shop USA about all of this. Their only response is taking me off their system. Fedex security is also assuming the merchandise is being purchased with stolen credit cards which is why they don't care if the merchandise is seized. Proceed at your own risk.
