My son enjoyed the online instruction and learned alot. My son was telling me all of the information he learned, esprcially about the drug and alcohol course he took. Since i am a nurse he even asked more questions about different drugs and how they effect people. I will use this again on my next son when it is time for him to get his permit.
This course was SUPER! It was well written and easy to understand It gave me plenty of time to read and study each section before testing. It also allowed me to RE-read and RE-take quizzes when needed. Both my son AND daughter have taken your course years ago. Thank you SO much for "being here"!
Basically i was doing the test to own my license, i payed for it and everything was going cool until i realize that i made a mistake with my direction and i needed to verify it, i send like 7 live messages, i didn't have an answer, i send 3 mails. I got a answer but the answer was a link to this rate website and it doesn't make any sense because i was asking to verify mi account, i called from another number and they didn't respond, in the same number i send a text, didn't have any answer, but yesterday i called and finally they respond me, they told me "well, you did the wrong test, so i'm gonna send you a mail with the right link and you don't have to pay any money cause you already did it, give me 15-20 minutes". Yes, i finally get an answer and guess what? The mail was a link to this site, so i'm approaching that link to give my honest review, and that's it.
I choose the email option and I received the certificate in one minute. The only issue with the course is that I spent almost all the time studying about alcohol, drugs, etc., but almost nothing about the problem in my accident. I don't use alcohol or drugs neither medicines.
Everything about the experience was as expected. Took the time required. Was thorough and exact. But the advertisement of no insurance hikes was very false. Sure, the points were removed, but the insurance goes up anyway. Might as well keep the points, save the almost $30 and save myself the aggravation.
It was a quick and easy process. I recommend it to anyone of my friends. I passed my drug and alcohol test real quick and it was an easy process to get through. Same goes for the permit test, ive been doing really good on the practice ones and I hope the real test is just as easy.

I was not looking forward to doing the online class at all. But once I logged in and began going through the process I realized how easy you all made it. I didnt have a problem with the instructions, the audio option was awesome, and the material was very good to hear and see again. I think every driver should do this refresher every few years. Reminds us of driving as a priveledge and not a right..
My husband took this test, passed quickly. No they don't submit YOUR result, it was your fault for the ticket so u should have to be responsible for it. And they made it clear the ways u can get your CERT, mail, over nite, email, reg. Mail. I did not get charged for an e-mail. I Paid for the test, I think it was about 29.99, including the e-mailed... CERT... I was not charged for the e-mail! The only thing I didn't like was the way the price was advertised. Also I just got an e-mail asking if I had received the cert.
The course was quick and easy; it gave me everything I needed to know. It gave me videos and the questions sprinkled in throughout the passages really made sure you didnt skip over any important parts. So thankful for this course!
It was good but pretty long and I thought I was paying for both the drug and alcohol course and the permit course for $37 but I guess not... pretty pricey I should've just went to lowest price traffic school
it was ok i think for the course to be 4 hours long and the fact that i am paying for it the questions at the end should not only be more than just 10 but they shouldnt be such common sense based questions, like it was just a waste of my time and money
Unfortunately, there are errors in the answers to the questions suggested in the course. I mean the questions that are in the material itself, rather than the control questions that are offered after the course.
Good course but by the time I got what I needed cost 30.00, Easy to complete. But very misleading with BEST PRICE title. Wish I had shopped around, for this price they should be responsible for sending certificate to the count site.
Aftr completing the course I saw on line that you would email me the Certificate of Completion. I have never received the certificate. I took almost a week for you to acknowledge that I had enrolled in the course. Not very good service.
I paid for overnight shipping of the certificate,
5 days later i didnt receive it. Only when i called they sent it to me. And i was still charges for overnight shipping, they told me it was non-refundable
Purchasing the class was easy and taking it was as well. It does come out more expensive than advertised which isn't awesome. All of the video clips are pretty old and not the best quality image wise but it gets the information across and they have captions. Some parts of the articles sounded kind of unprofessional due to some miss spellings and calling you "stupid" if you were to take drugs and alcohol. Using degrading language like that felt unnecessary in my opinion because it can turn the reader off to the rest of the information being presented. The Dr. Phil clips also felt pretty unprofessional. The general point of the episode is important but that gets overshadowed by Dr. Phil making fun of his guest to get laughs out of the audience. Dr. Phil centers his episodes around serious and important topics to turn them into a mockery for entertainment. My favorite chapter was the 4th one because it was jam-packed with some really useful information and was presented in a way that I would remember it! Finishing the course and getting my certificate was easy. I chose to have mine emailed and once I finished it was emailed to me within a few minutes. Overall got the job done!
