It took me a number of phone calls to even get into the class itself. Most of the time was spent looking at videos and reading information. I did learn a lot from the class.
I give best price traffic school a 5 star rating because I thought it was helpful and understanding I had no issues while taking my 4 hour class and I was able to complete without any trouble.
I gave them an honest review. They wrote to me offering 20% refund if I changed my review. I did (stupidly) and NEVER got a refund! I called 3 x. Stay away... real scammers.
The process was easy and the course is easy to understand as well. I just wish you can pick multiple courses and pay for them all at once instead of having to pay individually.
I haven't done the online class yet. I just registered & paid so far. But I called several companies & this truly is the lowest once you total it up. I'll be doing it w/ the audio.
Information is repeated a lot, and wish they would've been transparent about the price. The option to have it read aloud to you is nice though.

Horrible experience getting my daughter's permit. The site says middle initial but DMV wants the whole middle name. Had to call testing company twice to get resolved and postpone getting her permit ON HER BIRTHDAY.

Using the audio was like being in a classroom. Which made the process a lot faster and simpler to get through the process. I suggest that everyone use the audio program. Unless you love to read!
I was able to register and complete my traffic school all in one day. I was also able to do all of this from my smart phone, rather than find a computer to get it done!

They do not submit your certificate to the clerk of court in Hillsborough County, Florida. I have to print and mail in and wait for the clerk to process. It is a waste of time.
The class was meaningful because it took in several traffic areas that are easily overlooked. It was very refreshing and you can relate to all the traffic laws you so easily forget.
