I placed my daughter's wedding candy order and it arrived quickly and packaged well. The candy sticklettes we ordered were blue instead of pink. After reading the website I was not concerned regarding getting a replacement, but after 2 emails and 2 phone calls I have not been able to get anyone from their company to respond. Brian claims on the website and his phone message that he will get right back to you. But 4 days later no word from anyone. I will not order from them again and do not recommend them to anyone else. If there is a problem with you order, you might just be out of luck!

I ordered my candy from this website for my wedding the order status was 'awaiting payment' for over a week, even though they had already charged my credit card and their website indicated that orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. I emailed them to inquire why my order had not shipped, no response. A couple days later, I received an email indicating that my order had shipped and would be at my house in 2 days, I was pleased with the fast ship time. Once my order arrived, I was missing two items, and got one item that was completely different than what was shown on their website. I immediately emailed them on both their customer service email and Facebook, and haven't heard ANYTHING back. Horrible, horrible company with horrible customer service.
