I paid for a service to be priority shipped and after speaking with a rep I was assured it would arrive on time. This company is located in GA so help me understand why my shipping came from India. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping but my package ended up going through customs and more which caused major delay. This company mislead me and now don't want to fix my issue.

I can't even express how disappointed I am with this company. Their customer service is the worst. When I got the proof to approve. In VERY poor English it sounded like they were saying my order was smaller than I wanted it. So I contacted customer service. It took nearly an entire day for someone to respond to their chat that clearly says response time is ONE MINUTE. The agent obviously had no idea what I was talking about and finally just told me everything was fine. So I crossed my fingers and approved it because I needed it by a certain date. Now that it's been shipped I can see that it will NOT arrive on time and if it arrives after my date it's useless. I am again trying to contact customer service through the chat service that says wait times are ONE MINUTE, but of course I know that's a lie. The 30 minute and rising time stamp of my message assures me that I will not be getting the help I need. I would NEVER use this company again!

I used this company one time before and it was a great experience. Most recently I ordered a banner with expedited shipping for an event that was the next day after the "Delivery Date" given on the website. I paid extra for this expedited shipping trusting it would arrive when it said it would. Instead, it arrived 3 days later. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I made several phone calls and emailed this company, they do not respond. I had to go pay more to get the banner made locally. When finally getting a response after commenting on their facebook ad, they tell me I am within the 11% that didn't receive their order on time. They offer to refund for the shipping and tell me they hope I can use the banner for a future thing. Well I can't, it was for a grave site and I already got it made somewhere else last week. So the trash will really enjoy this banner that I paid for. The quality has been good but customer service sucks, and if you order something expedited just hope you are not part of the 11% mentioned on their website. Because you will not get ahold of them and they definitely will not give you a refund.

My logo was reviewed as low quality. They contacted me and asked me if I would like for them to improve the quality before continuing with the order. I have never experienced this king of service. I was only ordering a $20 flag and they still treated me like I was placing a major order.

Easy and cheap! Others seem cheap, but then the shipping cost is more than the cost of the item! Also, I needed a custom size and not all sites offer that ability!
My only complaint (and the reason for the reduction of one star) is that they arrived TIGHTLY rolled up and stayed permanently rolled on the edges and after only 2 days of driving around, one of them was GONE, so I now just have no magnet at all. I am quite bummed. Please change your shipping method and ship them flat for future customers.

This is my third order from Best of Signs. My first order was the best. The banner from that order had stitched hems and the vinyl was flexible. The subsequent two orders had hems that were fused and the banner material was somewhat brittle or stiff. The banners are so stiff that they do not drape well. There was no allowance in the material for wrinkles or folds. If you didn't fully smooth out the banner before rolling it up, the wrinkles could not be pulled out and if you tried to pull out the wrinkle, the color would come off of the banner.
My second order of banners was the wrong color even though I had supplied the CMYK code that Best of Signs had given me from my first order.
These signs were just wonderful! Better than expected. The clip art you provided was perfect...

Likely thousands of paid fake (positive) reviews. If you dig deeper into researching reviews for this "company" you'll find their reputation (based off of online reviewers) is maybe the worst you've ever seen.
This company is a cheap product producing, fraudulent and unethical business at the least. With all honesty, I order many online products on a weekly basis - out of thousands of online orders I have left no more than around 3 negative reviews… ever.
This specific review is based on nearly 40 reverse cut decals (large) I ordered roughly 1 month before arrival.
ISSUE, pertaining to the above order - All of the decals were so tightly packed into a small tube that nearly every decal was folded or severely creased/"crinkled". Once this type of material is damaged in said way, it is impossible to reach the desired appearance once applied to glass (or similar surface) due to the visible imperfections throughout the decals.
Long story short - I offered to return the decals, I would've excepted a refund or even store credit so they can re-make the decals in hopes they can package correctly the second time around.
They refused all of the above.
I wrote this review in hopes it saves at least 1 person the hassle and dissatisfaction they'll likely experience if they work with "BestOfSigns".
