Never received my hair ordered 2/27 tracking number says it got delivered at 11:03 3/4 called DHL at 11:05 told them no delivery they said they will contact me when they have an update that was a week ago there has been no contact. Contacted best hair buy that same day with no response until Friday when they said they will Investigate my birthday is this week still don't have my hair at this point I feel like I'm not getting my hair I just want my money back. And to never shop with this company again. I am very u satisfied and they act like they don't care!

I am on my 4th wig and looking to get my 5th. I get the undetectable wavy and body wave lace wigs and I absolutely love them out of all of the other company's that I have bought from. And when I say I have tried so many, it has been ridiculous. These wigs from BestHair have been the only lace that actually match my skin tone the best to wear it looks like mine, every single time. The customer service is phenomenal and it is a great price. I have paid close to 6/7 hundred dollars on wigs and they don't compare to these. Which is insane. Yes, they do she's quite a bit after months of use, if you don't treat them well or if it's just time to by a new one but they a definitely worth every dollar in my book.

They have a customer for life!

I ordered a summer, beach dress and this company was the one on the transaction. The dress arrived about 3 weeks late (long after our beach trip). The dress was a very cheap knock off of the photo shown on the site I had ordered from. The return shipping to China cost nearly as much as the dress. I will cut it up and use it for a cleaning cloth... BEWARE!

Placed order on October 5,2020. Employer reached out to me and stated they were out of hair that I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do that. They told me to choose another type of hair from them. I choose another type of hair and they said they would send the hair out ASAP ( this was on October 8,2020) I reached out to them a week following that asking where is my hair and could I get a shipping number. They ignored all calls, emails and customer chats from me. I should've read and watched reviews on YouTube before buying hair from them. NEVER AGAIN. A complete scam.

This wig ok well I first received it quite early which I was impressed. At first I thought the wig seemed thin but with some playing it bloomed and it looks quite natural I may go for a shorter length next time though. So far I've been getting nothing but compliments on how gorgeous my hair is. I am in love with this curl pattern. Customer service was amazing and shipping took 3 business days! This is my new favorite vendor, I will definitely order more hair from them. Everything was excellent!

I received my tape-in extensions (wrong length but correct colour) very quickly however the tape was old and did not stick so I had to pay my hairdresser twice to put them in. I advised the company that their product was faulty and was told I could have $10 off my next purchase. I will not be taking up this pathetic offer as the extensions are the worst quality I've ever seen! They were over processed and get tangled every time I wash my hair to the point that I can barely blow dry my hair as I can't get a brush through the extensions. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 3 different hair pieces from this company all light blonde. I got 1 light Blonde but a clip is broken so I can't wear that piece, I got 1 red package and 1 brown package. I've been going back and forth with emails every night for 2 weeks now. I keep sending them pictures of what I received, pictures of what they have listed online, my receipt, etc. and they will do nothing about it. I spent $200 for nothing I have to throw these hair pieces in the garbage. Horrible company. Do not order from them.

The hair I received looked like something found at a thrift store and repackaged. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not refund your money if you are not satisfied with their product. "SCAMMERS" Please report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau in your area. They have been reported on numerous occasions. The more people report them the more they will be investigated. It is our money and we deserve to have it refunded back. If you have been scam by them POST IT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT FOR others TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They will NOT give you the return instructions if you ask. They will simply reply with questions. You can demand the return address and ask them to honor their return policy, but again, more questions are run-around tactics like "you are our friend, we want to please you". Yes, please me by sending me the return address. No go. After a week of begging for them to send the return address and process my return, they completely ignored me.

I ordered a Mannequin a head from this website (best hair buy.com) and the website told me she would be real human hair and beautiful red hair. When she arrived she was blonde and completely synthetic hair. I was very disappointed with my order so when I asked for a refund they were very rude and told me they would not refund me and that the pictures aren't always what the real product will be. False Advertisement is wrong and I would not recommend this website at all. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE FRAUDS AND AWFUL.

I purchase two wigs from BestHairBuy. One cost $123.79 and the other cost $74.99. One wig looked too wiggy for me and the other wig did not look like the picture and was too heavy. I requested a refund within 1-2 days of receiving the wigs. "Greeny" emailed me days later to ask why I wanted to return the wigs although my return reason was included in the orginal email. I responded to the email and repeated why I wanted to return the wigs and asked for the return address. It took several days for "Greeny" to reply and asked me to send pictures so I could prove the wigs were not altered. I immediately sent the pictures and asked for the return address. I receive an email from "Greeny" telling me to try to sell the wigs to someone and asking if I wanted to exchange the wigs for another one of their wigs. I explained again that I did not want to keep the wigs or exchange them, but wanted to return the wigs. "Greeny" emailed me days later asking if I knew that I had to pay to ship back to them and they would deduct a restocking fee. I responded yes and asked again for the return address. Needless to say, I have not hear back from "Greeny". This is disgusting. Please don't have the same experience I did. Beware.

After getting a braided wig that looked like it was at least a month grown out (the 1st pic is what I received, the 2nd pic is what was advertised) I had to fight thru emailS (MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE) for over 2 months for them to NOT EVEN give me half of my money back... It was THE (MOST) WORST return and "money back gtd" I've EVER experienced in my 50 years of life and I shop online weekly!
The braider was lazy obviously or unqualified and quality control where? I braid myself but wanted to pay someone else to do it or my 12 year old niece coulda done better...
The 1st response to my pictures to them were you can fix it or just have someone fix it Say what?! NEVER AGAIN!
Don't waste your time or money, you don't get what's advertised!
