I have still not received my order. They keep telling me its coming but I check usps and nothing. It has been a month. Horrible company will never buy again.
I ordered a 300 dollar wig. I received it in no time. The wig was so small it couldnt fit. I sent an email to return the wig because there is not a return address listed. Clue one. Finally I found an address but it was for BEST BUY HAIR ( IN Flatbush NY) NOT BEST HAIR BUY! Beware of the name when sending. The owner starts screaming and tells me I have the wrong company. I never received the wig or return address! Total Nightmare!
I've tried returning a product to them since April and I still have not received my refund. My contact has been through email and their website.
BUYER'S BEWARE! Don't waste your money! I purchased $300 worth of their Diamond Series Hair in mid September. In mid October, (3 WEEKS) the hair started to shed and tangle badly! First, the company would not even respond to my emails; so I filed a dispute with PayPal, and miraculously they reached out to me to: (1) tell me that it was my fault that the hair shedded, even though my stylist deep conditioned my hair once and washed it once; (2) to give me tips on what comb and brush to use: and (3) TO OFFER ME AN $8.00 DISCOUNT OFF OF MY NEXT PURCHASE! I AM WARNING YOU... Best HIr But was my WORST HAIR BUT! Never again!
I would just say. Be happy with your hair and just do not watch commercials. I tried and just messed out my hair. It's better to control your diet.
I am exceptionally glad with you due to your outstanding website and with splendid photographs, but a few aid does now not appearance higher because of now not enough assistance, so please assure better favours in any other case you are amazing and i'm almost content with you.
This wig ok well I first received it quite early which I was impressed. At first I thought the wig seemed thin but with some playing it bloomed and it looks quite natural I may go for a shorter length next time though. So far I've been getting nothing but compliments on how gorgeous my hair is. I am in love with this curl pattern. Customer service was amazing and shipping took 3 business days! This is my new favorite vendor, I will definitely order more hair from them. Everything was excellent!

I can honestly say I love this hair! I've only had it for a few days but, still. No smell, no shedding, no stiffness, tangling. NOTHING! & holds a beautiful curl! The lengths were 16 18 20. For the price I paid, I'm pretty impressed with this hair. The hair look very natural. Straight out packing was nice texture, curl pattern and pleasant smell. It beautiful and takes heat well. After washing the natural curls return as soon as its dry. Overall extremely happy with product. I am a satisfied customer and happy. Hopefully it lasts long.

I ordered 18", 20", 22" inches of hair, I just got it in the mail and I must say the hair feels so good very silky to the touch. I've read the reviews before I purchased these bundles and I was expected honestly! Lol but I bought it and I'm so happy with the purchase.
