I absolutely LOVE Best Fabric, they have always been the best in customer service, product choice, delivery and them most friendly. I made 30,000 masks for Native Americans/Alaska Natives across the country, at the beginning of the pandemic and gave them all away, I order bolts and yards and all kinds of stuff from them. When I talked to them regarding a delivery and explained what I was doing they contributed masks to the cause!
The sweetest most helpful staff and beautiful fabrics! They have anything and everything you would ever need for any project! Absolutely loved shopping here and will be back!

This place is awesome! The fabric is honestly quality fabric and such great prices! They are pretty fast at making sure you get your order and anytime I have questions Jade and Allison are always so helpful! Dann is also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions with custom sewing! I recommend them 10/10!

I had a great experience at Best Fabric Store! I usually don't review but after visiting that store I had to. Very kind and helpful people. The store is HUGE with literally any fabric to choose from. I told a worker at the desk what I was looking for and they knew just what I needed. Great place with great people. I'll be going back with all my fabric needs!
I ordered fabric from this store on 11/2/21. The transaction cleared 11/4/21. Since then I have messaged them twice on their website, called and got a message, and sent at least 6 emails. No response.
My bank is marking the transaction as fraudulent and refunding my money.
I have been doing business with the company for the last 9 years. In the past, I would get my orders promptly, with no nasty attitude from the customer service department. Well, something changed. In November, I waited 4 weeks for my fabric but, I chalked it up to Covid -19 delays.
However, on June 4,2021, I placed an order, and I'm yet to get a tracking number on my order. I called and spoke to several employees and until this very moment, I have not received one. The worst of all, I finally got a hold of a supervisor named Allison, and she was obnoxious and dismissive. She giggled a and responded with, " I can cancel your order and refund your money." this is after, I told her that my project is late because of the delay with their shipping. Mind you their website states, " orders will be shipped out between 1 to 3 days. It is now 12 days, and I am yet to get a tracking number.
I'm sorry, but I will not be doing business with this company anymore. I will also encourage my clients to stay away from this company. Something has changed drastically in their customer's service department.
They have sent my order to a completely different address in a City that I have never heard of. When I call to figure out what was going on, the receptionist was so rude. They have no idea where my order is. After a week calling this people, still no order. I have told my friends to not order from this people. Bad customer service and disorganization.
I tried ordering fabric from this establishment. Impossible. I made the purchase online, they charged me for it. A few days later I receive a message telling me it would be delayed. I said no problem... I'll wait. A few days after that another call. It's discontinued. So I picked another fabric and added more so they wouldn't have to worry about refunds. A few days later another call. That item is also discontinued. So at this point I called. I was then told that my original order was discontinued. I told her I knew that and that I had placed a new replacement order. She had no idea about anything. She had to go speak to someone about it. Even though apparently its only 2 people in the office. It turned out it wasn't discontinued but it would be delayed 3 weeks. I said I had already been told that and it was fine, I would wait and hoped I wouldn't get another call. Her response and attitude was so condescending that I called her out on it. She asked if I wanted a refund then. I didn't, but based on the dishonesty of the inventory on the website, the constant calls with misinformation and the unapologetic and, honestly, rude attitude, I took the refund. Will NEVER order from there again. They have no idea what they are doing. Not worth the trouble.
Great selection & pricing. Even better customer service. I placed an order and forgot to enter the code for free shipping. I emailed them and asked about getting the shipping discount, and they assured me they would refund the shipping charges.
Still waiting for the refund, but I am confident they will honor their word.
UPDATE: I contacted my CSR regarding the refund, since it had been about a week. She thanked me for following up, and said she had not got to it yet, but immediately refunded my PayPal account.
I then voted for her for employee of the month. I hope she wins. :)
