I do wildlife photography and I was looking for an online printing service to have some of my work printed out. I selected this company Bestcanvas.ca and just received the 3 metal prints and the 1 acrylic piece that I ordered from them. Am I disappointed with what I got? That would be an understatement... Upon opening the box I discovered that ALL 3 metal prints had been very poorly cut, with multiple jagged pieces sticking off of all of them. Several of the corners were compressed and cracking, and 1 piece actually had the metal showing through the photograph slightly on one corner because, again, the items were very poorly cut resulting in a tear to the image surface. Upon examining the acrylic piece, I see the backing is already beginning to peel off in one corner, and while holding it up to the light to examine the backing I see that the acrylic surface has a bunch of small scuffs on it! The entire order shows negligence! Wow... Does this company have ANY quality controls? They are definitely one of the cheaper options in the marketplace, and maybe they can afford to be because they are cutting corners, rushing their work and shipping goods without making a reasonable effort at inspecting them. What a disappointment.

Ordered a bunch of canvases for a large wall in our house, and they have the best pricing! The quality was great and they shipped so quickly! Will be ordering again!

I did received very quickly my orders but 2 of my 3 canvas had a default. One frame was broken. One of the canvas had a scratch on it and the border of the other was a little black (on a white image!). The new filler of the cushion is not as good has the previous. The cushion is 18x18 for the 16x16 envelop. Since the cushion is a little bit loose it makes a lot of wrinckle when in the envelopp. The quality of the impression is fair. It was not well packaged. The box of the cushion was broken in the corner. Since the cushions were loose in the box without protection, the one on the top was dirty when it arrive.

When i ordered this there was no option for Premium Plush Blanket so i went with fleece... this is not fleece its so skinny and it showed up 4 weeks late im not happy

I was a little worried one of my pictures wasn't high quality and would result in a massive blurry canvas but it wasn't! I was blown away by how good it looked! I ordered two canvas prints to see how they'd look and I'll say this right now, I'll be ordering more. I liked that the website showed me how my picture would look as different sizes and suggested sizes that would suit the picture. I think some other websites do this as well so it may not be unique to bastcanvas but it is definitely a handy feature. My prints arrived quickly, arriving within a week. Personally, I'd skip paying the extra cost for hanging materials. It's about $4 and they send you some very nice nails and picture hanger clamp things with string too but it really isn't needed for the canvas prints because they're basically a stretched material over a wooden box frame. I basically hung both of my pictures up with a single nail and just balanced the top of the box on the nail, shifting it until it was straight. They're so lightweight that it won't be a problem. I recommend this site for anyone looking to make their pictures into some fantastic art.

We ordered a custom printed blanket for my son for Christmas, ordered from Best Canvas as they had a Guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Well, Christmas came and went, there is no blanket.
When I got the initial shipping notification, they said that the shipping service did not provide tracking, so we were literally waiting daily, hoping the gift would arrive on time.
I reached out the company to express my frustration, and was given a voucher for a future order, and assured that our item would be there any day... a week went by, still no item. Following New Years, followed up again, and this time they miraculously had a tracking number, though it goes dead as of Dec 29, with no updates.
I contacted UPS with the tracking number, they said that the shipper would have to contact them, as the tracking number I had wasn't the correct format, so they couldn't tell me where my package is. I have sent 2 emails this week, demanding a resolution to this matter, both have been ignored!
I have no idea how their product is, because we have never received anything more than broken promises and the run around... and left with a very disappointed boy on Christmas... and ongoing!

Have ordered multiple times from bestcanvas, every time the quality of their products was excellent and the service was prompt, with constant updates about the production and delivery process.

I ordered my print on December 9th as a Christmas gift thinking I had plenty of time to receive it, given that the site guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It is now December 23rd and I haven't received anything. Nobody has responded to a single one of the 4 emails I sent to this company. I called the number included in my "shipment confirmation" email I received on December 10th and it says the number has been changed and to get the new number I am going to be charged $3.49?! Then I finally found another phone number to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on (this happened TWICE). The only conclusion I can come to is that I've been scammed. DO NOT order anything from this company. I am now going to cancel payment and report them to the proper authorities.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST CANVAS.CA... I ordered $600 of prints and framed images. They showed up with shipping damage, and some were broken, some were mis printed. I went back and forth for a month they kept asking me for pictures. I sent through e-mail. Then they said it didn't work in e-mail and asked me if I could use a 3rd party transfer site. I did this 2 times. They then informed me that I could destroy all the images with a knife sliced corner to corner and send proof for a refund. I destroyed the entire order and sent In proof. After this they e-mailed me and said they would not issue a refund. So unprofessional save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

BESTCANVAS also does not wrap canvas prints with foam in between prints so if you order more then a couple you can guarantee quite a large amount of canvases will have shipping damage.

The metal print that I ordered not only had the corners damaged from not being shipped properly but the print wasn't printed as I placed it and it cut half of my water mark. Also the colour came out "flat" there was no shine or glaze to it at all.

The framed photos are framed with foam with a very thin plastic veneer over it. The "glass" covering is also made from thin plastic, the inside was filled with white particles (life dust) so it was very un appealing and it is backed with cardboard. On top of that all the print underneath has the printer head lines in it... it is such low quality.
