12/27/2024 Get e-mail "Order Shipped"!?!? THAT'S 20 DAYS LATER! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
With an Est. Arrival Date 1/06-08/2025!?!? WHAT!?!? Good thing I was out of state for Christmas and away from my computer and didn't get home til JAN. 02,2025! Good thing I Received my glass' Saturday Morning, 1/04/2025 or Someone Would Not Have Happy For My Call!
This is my 4th. Order and I Will Definitely Think Twice and Shop Around Before Placing My Next Order With BEST BUY Eyeglasses!
My current frames are in bad shape. The frames I ordered are the same model and size as my current frames. Should have been a quick 10-minute job to move my lenses to the new frames. These are metal frames, so I had to do was loosen one screw on each lens to remove them from the old frames. Then loosen the two screws on the new frames, set in the lenses and then retighten the screws. The problem is that one of the screws in the new frames is stuck. Customer service gave me some things to try, but nothing worked. Looks like I will have to request an RMA after Christmas. I really wanted these frames.
Expect 25-30 days before receiving your glasses. Even if you contact customer service.
My wife needed another set of frames for her lenses and these were perfect
Only issue was the exchange rate :) the Canadian dollar is hurting right now.
Friendly service. They should not have taken my money and then kept telling me they were on back order. I had to wear broken glued togeather glasses for 6 weeks. If I had know it would take so long I would have got them quicker from some one else

Love my glasses, lightweight, could not find in other sites. Was not available at their warehouse so had to wait longer for the order but the communication was very helpful with the updates
Best Buy's delivery service is a joke. I ordered a product weeks ago and it's still nowhere to be found. Attempting to get in touch with customer service was like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded – confusing and utterly pointless. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Best Buy's online ordering platform.

Awful, awful customer service. I've ordered from them before with no problems, but they have absolutely plummeted in their customer service. I've called them during their limited business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone. I've e-mailed them directly and filled out their form on their website, but no one ever responded to me. The prices are decent, and their selection is good, but in these times of such great competition in the market, I would think they would put in some effort in customer service. I would rather pay more at a brick and mortar store than deal with such atrocious customer service. They definitely lost me as a customer.

Product description was accurate. I'm very happy with the results. Of i ever need another replacement frame or in fact I will purchase future frames from here and say money rather than pay a fortune at my doctors office or other retail stores.
