You would think I would of remembered the last time they disappointed me. Again, they didn't deliver on time and when I called their customer service late on the day of delivery, the agent was impossible to understand, horribly unprofessional, could not find my order for 10 minutes then suddenly finds it! Then the agent assures me that the florist will deliver up and until 8pm and I am on their list. Never came! Never Again! I don't understand how they remain in business.
I have been using Shari's Berries for awhile now. They are a little pricey once you add in shipping, etc; But my wife loves the berries, as well as her co workers. This year (Valentine's Day), I decided to order flowers through them since they always do well with the strawberries. I placed my order the Tuesday before Valentines (Friday). My wife has changed jobs and luckily gets off every Friday at noon. Friday at 10 am, it just dawned on me that I did not specify that. I called Shari's, spoke to an agent about my predicament. He put me on hold, called the local florist that was handling the order. Came back on and said "no problem, I notified the florist that she needs to receive them by 12 noon". I actually was surprised at that late of a notice that they could accomodate my request (knowing it was my fault) and was prepared to make other arrangements. At 1220, my wife calls me on her way home from work. I said "did you get the flowers"? She said "what flowers"? I explained to her what happened. I then call Shari's back, the agent this time says she will have the agent I spoke to at 10 call me right back. Never heard a word. Did get a email notification at close to 3 pm that "we are unable to deliver your flowers and will try again later". Obviously, no one reached out to the florist like I was promised. Very disappointing...
Worst company/service I have ever dealt with. I ordered two deliveries to be made on Valentine's Day. I received confirmation of the orders. I received a phone call at 6:00 pm on Valentine's day stating that my order would not be fulfilled. Took three more phone calls just to receive an email confirmation of my refund. We'll see if I get it.
My husband ordered berries 6 weeks ago for Valentine's day. Berries never arrived. He had to call 5 times. I received my order but my daughter never received hers. Have been a customer for 5 years. Will never order again.
Your company is the absolute worst. I placed an order on 2/4 for a 2/14 delivery and it is now 2/18 and it is STILL not delivered and i cant get a human being from the United States on the phone as everytime i call, i get a loud call center in India that is ZERO help at all.
Placed an order on 2/9 was to be delivery on 2/13. Never showed up. Email them, they sent me a 20 off coupon, still no order. Called the 800 number, refund will take 5 to 7 days.
MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A DOZEN ROSES AND A DOZEN WHITE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES AND PAID $45 FOR GUARENTEED DELIVERY FOR VALENTINES DAY. TOTAL OF $186. WELL VALENTINES DAY GETS HERE AND THE ROSES WERE LITERALLY THREW AT THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY AT 7; 56PM I ALMOST RAN THEM OVER COMING HOME. AND NO STRAWBERRIES... I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY STATED THAT I WOULDNT GET THE STRAWBERRIES UNTIL THE 18TH AND THAT THAT IS THE DATE I CHOSE. I ARGUED WITH THIS LADY WHOM BARLEY SPOKE ENGLISH FOR OVER AN HOUR. SHE TRIED TO KEEP SAYING I WILL GIVE YOU 10% OFF 15% OFF AND 20% OFF AND I TOLD HER I WANTED MY MONEY BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN. FINALLY SHE STATED SHE WOULD REFUND $58 TO MY CARD AND IT WOULD BE 3-5 DAYS. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS COMPANY IS A "SCAM" HOWEVER NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH THERE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THE ROSES WERE ALMOST DEAD WHEN I RECIEVED THEM AND I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH SHARIS BERRIES AGAIN. IT CAME UP 1800FLOWERS ON MY BANK STATEMENT..
So bought them for me since he is in the military sent them for valentine day they r so bad strawberries green and the chocolate was so bad just crumbled
My husband ordered me fruit with strawberries for valentines day and got charged 3 different amounts and customer service did not help out she sounded like she didn't care. It sounded like she was happy that we got ripped off. Never again we will order from here. She never gave us our money back still in the process of figuring this out!
This place is horrible!
First, the 20 dollar shipment cost me 70 dollars. They were never delivered. I was never told why. They used my e-mail address to bill me but they could not notify me that they were not sending them. It was supposed to be a surprise to my wife.
I paced and paid extra for a weeekend delivery and was not delivered until a few days later

Ordered for my wife for valentines day. She never received them at her work. Was promised they would deliver Feb 15, That never happened either. Poor poor poor customer service. Could barely understand him. Just all around bad business
The Real Sharis Berrys filed Bankruptcy! Until I researched last night we had no idea. The product came and it sucks. My husband paid extra for delivery for the 13th. They never arrived. After calling customer service outside the united states, hung up on two times. We reversed the charges with our credit card. The credit card company said many other customers were doing the same thing and reversing charges for Sharis Berrys. Ruined my Valentine's day.
I have been ordering from Shari's for yrs and never had a problem and quality was great... however, they were recently bought out by 1800flowers and I placed my first 2 orders since they were acquired and couldn't believe what was delivered! Both orders looked like whoever was decorating the berries stopped halfway through and they looked like someone had picked off the sprinkles n chocolate chips and the berries were tiny. I was so embarrassed! Then when i tried to request a refund online every time I clicked on submit the website threw me out. So I called and spent 25 min on the phone and was only offered a 50% refund. When I insisted on a full refund the girl left me on hold and never came back. I emailed to request a refund and again was only offered half. I'm still trying to get a live person on the phone to escalate the matter and get a full refund. They're products AND service are both horrible!
I ordered berries for one of my daughters to lift her up for Valentines Day on the 10th of February for delivery on the 11th. Didn't happen because the agent entered the wrong street name. The agent are in the Phillipines I think and don't speak good. I called on the 11th cause my daughter didn't get her order. Was told she would get it on the 12th didn't happen. I called on the 12th and they said now will be delivered on the 14th. I called again on the 13th and was told again she would get it on the 14 th and the correct address and again, she didn't get it on the 14th and now they won't answer my calls. I would never use them again.
For the amount of money I spent to send my wife something nice, this is the trash she received. This is the second time using your service and it is getting worse! I will not be back!
I placed 3 separate orders with Sherries Berries just about $400 worth of products.
I opted for either 2/13or 2/14 as delivery dates. Only 1 of the 3 orders made it on 2/14. The first order showed up on 2/11 and the second part of the first order showed up on the 12th. The 3rd order will not show up until the 17th.
My wife jus sent me a video of the flowers showing up in a box and the vase was separate.
I'll never order from these guys definitely not what I was expecting. Please consider other options for your orders.
My order never showed up on the day I paid extra for and when a partial order arrived it was Lilly's not 2 dozen ROSES. 150.00 down the drain and a husband trying to get out of hot water with the wife. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Absolutely! I've never in life experienced the amount of false promises and terrible customer service from any type of establishment before this company shouldn't be allowed to open its doors I ordered my 2 packages on jan 27 that was supposed to be delivered Valentine day and I never received and had to beg for a refund
THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE. YOU GET ONE LARGE AND THE REST ARE TINY. WORST PART WAS THE ONE LARGE WAS BROWN ON TOP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE BEYOND UNHELPFUL AFTER 40 MINS ON THE PHONE AND THE SUPERVISOR REFUSING TO PUT HER BOSS ON THE PHONE. WE HAD TO CALL OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE CHARGE.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
