I did not know that Shari's Berries was purchased in 2019. You can certainly tell the level of quality has plummeted with the berry products. The berries do not look as depicted on the website. The order did not arrive when scheduled and the customer service was poor, as it took the 7 hours to return my call. Very, very disappointed. I will not purchase from them again.
Received a box of 12 Strawberries today. The box was open and wet, the inside box was wet with red berry juice, the chocolate was off the mushy berries and the cold pack was melted and hot. I picked up the package as soon as it was delivered. I waited on hold for 2 hours and did not get to speak to anyone. I did send an email and have not received a reply as of yet. I will try to call them again. This was a Mother's Day gift from my son and wife.
1st off, I was on hold for 41min and then they disconnected me. That is totally unacceptable!
Secondly, I received strawberries for mothers day today. And they are completely ruined. The outer box is torn, the ice pack is melted, the chocolate is all over the inner box and not on the strawberries, the strawberries are sweated up and soft and the inner box is wet. There is not one thing that I can say is recoverable or in any type of good condition.
I don't understand how you would send this to Scottsdale Arizona in 100 plus degree weather without proper packaging and a early AM delivery.
The strawberries Are not edible.
I ordered my mother in law a dozen of mixed chocolate covered strawberries (white and milk chocolate covered). Delivery date was for Saturday 5. 9. 20. Our FedEx delivered on Friday 5. 8. 20. THANK GOD I checked my tracking number and saw it was delivered. Called them late & they found them at a dirt no one uses... STRAWBERRIES DID ARRIVE! And looked great. Smaller than expected, but good. Per my mother in law. Was very nervous by all the other post after I ordered. (Delivery was to Prince George, VA)
I ha e ordered from Shari's Berries several times over a few years and was always satisfied or they immediately sent a fresh order. Today my mother got hot, sour strawberries. They say they guarantee 100% satisfaction but they will only refund 1/2 of my money - that's less than the berries alone without the expensive shipping, etc. Never again!
Got them for mother's day they look like they were in a fight. I didn't want to give them to her and she love them. Called and couldn't get with anyone.
Ordered berries the week before Mother's Day with a promised delivery date on Friday before. Order didn't show up and said it would instead be delivered Saturday. Now it shows it will be delivered the Tuesday after. It has been packaged and sitting, no longer cold.
Called customer service but no answer and no return call.
I tried to get ahold of costumer service for over three hours. They never got back to me and I NEEDED them to because the address for my order was INCORRECT and needed to be FIXED. Due to them not responding back to my messages and calls my order for Mother's Day was LATE. I do not recommend this website, even their website is wack.
My order was placed 4/25/2920. It was suppose to arrive Thursday, May
7th. Called every day but When I finally got through once, no one could help me. Then I left 4 requests for a call back. When someone called back, they disconnected me when trying to reroute my call. They Have disconnected me twice and they made no effort to call back even though it was their fault. Last night I decided to let the phone ring to see how long it would take to answer. I decided that ONE HOUR and FORTY FIVE minutes later was long enough, especially since the recorded message said a wait time of over 20 minutes. I guess Mother's Day will be flower and fruitless. Time to report this to the credit card company.
Never ever again. Item not as described. Horrible customer service. Call center in India no help at all. Hasn't been the same since they were bought by 1800-flowers. This has happened on 4 separate orders. To much money and Quality is Awful.

I made the grave error of ordering Shari's Berries for my daughter's 18th birthday AND my elderly homebound mother who could not attend. BOTH deliveries arrived one day late. $124.94 wasted. Shari's Berries is an UTTER FAIL. BUYER BEWARE!
Is it possible to give a company zero stars? The chocolate on the berries I ordered for my mother for mother's day was cracked and falling off most of the berries. The hold time for customer service is LOOOOOONG. I called several times and waited over an hour each time and was unable to get through. I submitted an email and received no response. I am calling my credit card company to contest this charge.
After years of using this for Mother's Day this was the last time. They didn't give the shipping to UPS or FedEx, but to some local florist, A Catered Affair. Can you say horrible. Tried to deliver on Friday, but unlike UPS shipping the package is not packed with a cold pack. So, they leave a note. My mother has to go pick it up herself. The florist said they were too busy to deliver.
Can't reach customer service. Put on hold for 3 hours over multiple attempts. They just don't care.
Move on to other vendors
I ordered berries for my aunt birthday may 5th delivery date suppose to be may 6th they didn't get there until may 8th they looked horrible ( I have larger strawberries in my fridge right now) for $54.00 for six strawberries I'd say I got taken how are they still in business? But never Shari will you get me again I will also let all my friends/family know how you suck. Oh and customer service is a joke could never get threw. Get me 1 shame on you get me 2 shame on me.
It was definitely a waste of time to order this year. Not only was the delivery date I selected ignored with no warning, I can't get a decent answer or resolution to this and am now expected to be happy with a delivery on Monday. Had anyone taken the time to send this order overnight, it would've arrived on time. Had someone told me overnight was not an option and my delivery date could not be met, I would've cancelled and found another option. Instead, I'm being told that the date I chose (which was an available date on their website and which I paid extra for) was actually a "flex date" and they did not/will not pay for Saturday delivery. So these berries shipped from CA last night, will sit in FedEx warehouses ALL WEEKEND, and are expected to deliver Monday and still be edible. I can't imagine they will be edible, let alone presentable after being on trucks and in warehouses for 5 days. The only thing I was offered was $20 towards a FUTURE ORDER.
So instead of continuing to fight for any kind of Saturday delivery, I need a refund for what will most definitely be an inedible gift delivered 3 days too late. And calling is no help either. I sat on hold for over an hour before I had to disconnect. I went ahead and put my phone number in their callback queue, but based on the lack of response I've gotten by email, I don't expect their phone etiquette to be any better For what came up to almost $70, I expected so much more than this kind of treatment.
I have tried calling, I have reached out by email, I have been asked to send my order details through Facebook messenger, and after all of this, there is still no resolution and no concern about the missed delivery date or the fact that perishable food items will be sitting around for 5 full days at least before delivery is even attempted. Not OK at all!
I recently ordered a birthday gift (chocolate cover strawberries w/Happy Birthday written on them) on 04/29/2020. My friends birthday was 05/04/2020, but they had that date blacked out, so I chose to have them delivered on 05/05/20. I received a confirmation from Shari's Berries stating they were delivered & signed. I called my friend, and she never received them. So I did some calling around (mind you I'm on the phone for almost an hour before someone picked up) I told them my issue, was told they will redelivered them to my friends place of employment. She & I was told they will be delivered either on 05/06/2020, or 05/07/2020 and she still hasn't received them. Also their call center customer service I believe is outsourced to India. They also contacted my friend, recipient to verify her job address, to no avail nothing was delivered, and was told they have no notes on when the first original call was made to her, and I know every thing was verified by me & the recipient. I have issues with Edible Arrangements for using Shari's Berries as a second, or third party vendor. I will not ever suggest Shari's Berries to anyone I know, and hopefully when my friend gets her gift, I'm going to tell her to take a picture of her strawberries, so I can put it online. Worst experience I ever had
My daughter surprised me by ordering the Mother's Day Dipped Strawberries. They are absolutely delicious and I am so enjoying them! I do have a deep concern, and it is about the delivery. I am a hospital worker who is in contact with Covid patients on a daily basis. I wear a mask and protective apparel all day at work. I had just arrived home, (no PPE) and was relaxing in my garage talking with my husband. Garage door was open. A car pulled into my driveway and a person got out and walked halfway up to where we were sitting. She took out her cell phone without saying a word and took a photo of us. I asked if I could help her with something and she then returned to her car, retrieved the box of strawberries, walked directly within 2 feet of me and asked me to sign for the box. No mask. No distance. Just glad I had my own pen. After observing Covid precautions every all day, every day, I don't appreciate this kind of disrespect. Deborah, Arlington, TX
Your site has me so freaking frustrated right now. I'm at the final point of placing my order and it continually kicks me out. It will not allow me to place my order. All of my information is correct all the lines that are required are filled out It will not accept my order. I've placed orders before with your site never had this issue. The other thing I want to complain about is I have an account with you guys and it didn't even recognize me It recognized me with an old email address. I just placed an order with you guys back on Valentine's day So what is the problem I don't get this.
My sister sent me a box of chocolate covered strawberries. They arrived still chilled, beautifully decorated, humongous and delicious. Thank you for making my day special.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
