Not sure what happened I was a big fan. I understand things can go wrong but sometimes you are judge by how you respond. So far no response in 2 days. I have called, message on facebook, and emailed. I am sorry to see this happen to this business.
Never order from this place. Huge waste of money. Ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries for my mom for mothers days and almost every berry was broken. All the chocolate was cracked off the the fruit was soggy and gross. Was suppose to be delivered on Saturday didn't come until Monday but still charged me the weekend delivery price. Tried to contact customer care about what happened and have bee waiting since Saturday night for a response. Don't waste your money here.
Ordered 6 orders for Mother's Day for my family. The one that didn't get delivered was for my MOTHER. No returned call, call. Wait times over 2 hours, no email response, no response on Twitter or Facebook. Will never use this company again.
Ordered berries for Mom to be delivered on 5/9/20. Did not arrive, no communication from company. Finally arrived afternoon on the 11th. They were melted and total mush. Junk
Called them 5 times, got stuck in a revolving circle of waiting for a call back because they are so busy. No contact whatsoever. Emailed them, no response. Had to file a challenge with my bank to get money back.
Do not waste your money. You will never get it back.
We ordered berries to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day. Nothing ever arrived. The following Monday we made attempts to contact customer service to get a delivery status (online system did not recognize any order numbers). So far, we have contacted customer service 4 times (on the phone) and once by email. Each call, after an initial greeting and brief "our order wasn't delivered...", ended with the customer service rep hanging up the phone in the middle of our speaking. This last time we at least got a name (Risa), so we know it isn't an automated service.
If I could rate this company below 1 star, I definitely would. The berries that I ordered for Nurse Appreciation Week were terrible and an embarassment. I have spent a total of 4 hours on the phone trying to get these berries reshipped. And just now to have one of their representatives hang the phone up on me is terrible. I will never order from this company again.
The berries arrived super late, broken and spoiled. Since Saturday I've tried to communicate with this company. Yesterday they returned my call at 4:06am and then this morning at 4:50am, now I can't reach them. This company also tried to blame the pandemic, which is total BS. My mother-in-law lives 5 miles from us and recieved her berries on time. So instead of accepting responsibility they tried to place blame. I suggest dipping your own strawberries or buy them at Fred Meyer. I've added pics. It's to bad you can't add the smell brecause they've spoiled as well.
Purchased Sherri berries for this mother's days. Supposed to arrived on the 8th was delivered on the 11th. The strawberries were cracked open and melted. Each one! Would not refund money back despite condition and lateness.

There smiles guarantee is an absolute lie. I felt I was short changed on 2 of the 3 orders I placed with them. My Half dozen my daughter received had 2 big strawberries and 4 very small. The dozen I sent to my mother were delivered late. On hold for 2.5 hours trying to get customer care and gave up when my phone was dyeing. E-mailed them all I got back was a $20 discount on next purchase. I don't do a $20 discount on next purchase when the current one is not fixed. Been buying for three mothers twice year for 4 years. Never again. No smiles from me.
Haven't received one order the only one that arrived LATE for mother's day was broken and a complete mess!
I ordered dipped strawberries for Mother's Day. When my mother opened them the dry ice was warm, the chocolate melted, and the strawberries were mushy. I have been trying to call them for 3 days and receive a message that my waiting time would be over 2 hours! This is totally ridiculous and I will never order again. Apparently many others are have a major issue with them. I'm actually surprised they are still in business. Do not order from this business!
I ordered strawberries for Mother's Day ahead of time just to be safe. I was suppose to get them the day before, but never did. And here it is, Mother's Day, and no chocolate covered strawberries for her. A waste of money if you ask me.
Ordered mother's days berries. Delivered one day late. Dry ice was hot and berries were disgusting! Embarrassed for my mother in law to receive. Called Corporate and wait time was two hours. NEVER WILL I EVER order again. Had a another Horrible experience with 1-800-flowers! They do not take care of customers.
I have been a customer for years and will never place another order here again! I sent my Mother a dozen "chocolate covered strawberries" for Mother's Day and they arrived broken, messy and the strawberries were ROTTEN! The ice pack was melted and even the card had junk juice all over it.
I called customer service the same day, after waiting a good 40-45 minutes and the representative assured me that they would send her another order. The weekend is over and guess what? No other order was delivered.
I will not deal with this company again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!
I paid extra to guarantee delivery on Mothers Day. It never showed up and now it says delivering Tuesday. Customer service hold time is 3 hours. Just contested the charge on our credit card and going to refuse delivery.
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Mothers Day. They were to be delivered the 9th the day before it is now Mothers Day they are still not here the site says they have been in transit 3 days. I call this morning to see why to be told I would get a call back 3 1/2 hours later they called back I missed the call now I am waiting on another callback. For what I was charged I expected them to be here when I was told will never use this site again nor will I recommend them.
I've ordered from here before a few times without a problem. I ordered a dozen strawberries for my sisters bday for May 6th. They came in with the box soggy and hot. Everything was melted! Chocolate everywhere and worst part, the strawberry was MOLDED! Customer service sucks! They never answer the questions being asked. Wait Time on the phone was like 30 mins then 2 plus hours. Never will I order from here again. I wanted a refund but these automated emails aren't helping.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
